I needed to exchange my tassel and was able to in person which is great! When I went for the exchange, I was also about to purchase a cap and grown for a classmate. The staff was so friendly and helpful!!!

I decided to replace my nearly 30-year-old, tired doctoral gown to wear at my institution's commencement events. This was a first-time purchase from Trim and Tassels, and I was impressed with the prompt delivery and the excellent quality of the gown for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company, and I plan to buy the hood and tam soon.

We ordered my daughter's high school graduation regalia over the weekend. apparently the shipping zip.code was mistakenly entered with a digit wrong, the last digit should have been 0 instead of 9. The zip code DID NOT match with town it was being shipped to.

I have been meaning to write a review for 3 years and each year at graduation time I get so busy I forget. Trims and Tassels saved me a few years ago when I needed an extra piece at the very last minute. I called in a panic and they found a way to get me what I needed in time. I will always use Trims and Tassels for my order each year and I recommend them without reservation!

I was disappointed and somewhat shocked with this company’s sub-standard customer service. While I understand that manufacturing errors do happen, I do expect a company to stand behind their products. I am sure this is an unintentional and rare mistake, but I did expect more from their customer service. I was disappointed and somewhat shocked with this company's sub-standard customer service. While I understand that manufacturing errors do happen, I do expect a company to stand behind their products. I am sure this is an unintentional and rare mistake, but I did expect more from their customer service. I also understand "There are no returns or exchanges on Graduation Regalia taken out of its original packaging and that the merchandise should be inspected carefully upon delivery. All of our products are packed in see-through clear bags". As for the inspecting of the merchandise, it is a little difficult to inspect when the item is folded numerous times inside of the plastic wrapping. It is also almost impossible to know if the item does or does not fit properly while it is folded inside of a plastic wrapping. When a product is ordered, paid in full, express shipping paid, and the item of clothing cannot be worn do to a manufacturing defect it is extremely disappointing. I was not asking for the product to be returned free of shipping and I completely understand the restocking fee. I just would have liked to have received a gown that my son was able to wear or to have been able to exchange it for a gown that actually fit my son. It is not always the customer's error when there is a problem with the manufacture's products.

I ordered the masters graduation package which was very decently priced! My order shipped within an hour and I had my order in two days! I didn't need it right away, but this completely blew me away. It arrived neatly packaged in a sturdy box. The quality is outstanding and it's just what I was looking for. I'd highly recommend this company!

This is a wonderful company, with great customer service and FAST response. They also have hearts of gold, which in a world of people who are just out to make sales, puts this company at the top in my book. Our three Kindergarten classes will be donning Trim and Tassels gear as they proudly graduate from Kinder this year. I will recommend anyone needing graduation accessories to use Trim and Tassels.
