This place is awesome! Everything you need and great customer service. I was helped by a cpl of people and they were all helpful. I mostly see Frank, he is very knowledgeable and helped me w all my questions. Great store and great people working.

Extremely overpriced. You can literally go to Primal Glass and get everything there half off. It’s insane. Glass selection is outdated by 10 years and covered in dust

This place has terrible customer service... feel like I'm bothering the guy to want to be educated on vapes and CBD.Won't go back and do not recommend it. Also overpriced.

I got there at 7:55 and the employee wouldn't let me the door because he was closed. Last i checked there was 5 minutes left before closing and i drove all the way over to do business with yo but you wanted to go home early. He kept looking at me and telling me to go away. Horrible business and customer service. Yes this review is for serenity smoke shop, the owner wants to post a smart comment trying to prove me wrong. This just happened 30 minutes ago. I stood there for 10 minutes and the employee ( I don't know the gender) stood there and stared at me for the whole time until i left.

They close before their temporary hours posted on the front of the door. When I knock, they owner doesn’t even acknowledge. I wasted 45 minutes of my time for a bunch of lazy people.

I was looking for something that I didn't see on display. I thought maybe I was looking in the wrong place, so I asked the guy behind the counter and his response to me was "I have what I have!' I was like WTF? What kind of customer service etiquette is that? I will never go in there again.

Clean place and with lots of options to choose from. Could never go wrong with most of them. Staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable Definitely will come back.
