As new customers of Rover Ranch we were a little nervous about leaving our furry friend overnight in a strange place. Turns out our experience was great on so many levels! Impressive facility with a fantastic staff...friendly, caring and courteous all. We then took advantage of a 5-session training package as Ozzie and I both needed a refresher. Hats off to trainer Remi for a very patient and effective job with Ozzie but also her education of me! Senior trainer Jessica is a wellspring of advice and wisdom on canine behavior. Ozzie has a fun future in store with Rover Ranch and we have peace of mind about boarding him there.

The staff here are excellent and very caring. You can tell they genuinely love dogs, which sadly is not always the case with people that work with dogs.

Excellent and Super Friendly staff. I have a 17 month old Golden retriever whom we drop off for day care and boarding, every time. They have fun activities occasionally, which is a plus.

My pup is so excited every time he arrives for daycare! Everyone who works there is fantastic. They know all the dogs by name and give them plenty of attention,. They’re also mindful of the dog’s special needs (meds, etc.) Great place!

Our dog has gone to Rover Ranch for years for boarding and day care. He loves it there, and everyone is always welcoming when they see him. We highly recommend it.

My GSP George goes to rover for daycare and to board! He LOVES it!!! I literally can’t tell him he’s going until we are leaving or he will sit at my front door barking relentlessly in anticipation of going! They treat each dog like family and even get to know the owners on a daily basis. I love rover ranch!!

Not sure how this place gets the positive reviews it does. Must be friends and family. I brought my dog there for a one-night stay. They charged me 102.00 for a 4x8 stall. Upon picking my dog up, I was immediately told my dog needs training. My dog has been trained. When my dog got in the car, my passenger seat was immediately filthy (see pic below) and I noticed my dogs paws and elbows had some sticky brownish substance on them and he smelled terrible. Guess that's why they want to charge you 25.00 to give the dog a bath which is what I did the moment we got home. It took my dog 48hrs to return to his normal/playful self and 5 days later, he now has kennel cough. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I had a much better experience with K-9 resorts also in Fairfield.

I love Rover Ranch, but most important of all, my dog absolutely loves it too! I always get the same good vibe that all their staff loves dogs too and that is really important. They are always very professional.

We just enrolled our puppy at Rover Ranch for Doggie day care and puppy training.We did the 2 week training course with our 7 month old puppy with Jess and Jen. They have the skills and training methods that really work.The entire staff is dedicated, caring and wonderful with all the dogs.You should give them a try. Your dog will love it!

Staff is abusive to dogs. They do what is called "checking" the dogs by close-fist hitting, kicking, and other highly abusive forms of violence. They consider these actions 'safe' and 'harmless.' They also say that hitting dogs "doesn't really hurt them." They stopped live streaming for this reason. DO NOT SEND YOUR DOGS to this facility.

My lab Crosby absolutely loves Rover Ranch! He’s been going since he was a puppy. It’s definitely his home away from home. Max and team clearly love the dogs and take good care of all of their visitors. Thank you!

My puppy wags her tail as she goes right to Rover Ranch's front door. She goes eagerly with the welcoming and friendly staff into the big dogs play room. Staff is always knowledgeable about my puppy's behaviors, even when a staff member has just started his or her shift. They go the extra mile to make Midnight feel welcome and secure, whether she is there for the day or overnight. I highly recommend Rover Ranch and Spa.

i gave them a 1 star because I can't give them a zero cause that's not an option. this place smells like pee and they abuse the dogs there. i was looking into the window and i literally saw someone hitting the dog cause it was barking. I was looking for a place for my dog to stay while I was on vacation, and honestly, I rather just pay the fines and take the dog with me on the plane instead of leaving them here.

I walked into get information and walked right back out. The smell of the place is so overwhelming. It certainly doesn't smell of a place that spends any time or resources to clean and/or deodorize. It reeks of pee and poo. Pay attention to the warning signs! This may seem harsh, but if you care about your pet's health, don't walk alway, RUN.
