A contractor who showed up on time, job completed on schedule with changes included. No lag as the job came to the end. Owner stands by the work as well. Price was fair. You get what you pay for.

I took a long time before reviewing them.... Paulie came ready and prepared. He was on time and communicated well in the beginning. His workers speak very highly of him and he shows up in the beginning to make sure the job is started properly.My schedule was tight and he did everything to accommodate me sending his guys on a Saturday and they stayed late too! My issue is 90% of everything ended up needing to be repaired afterwards... things were put on wrong /backwards (shower door), messed up my bathroom door where it wouldn't close anymore, did a job with tiles in bathroom and made a decision without consulting with me and I hated the results and told him so I'm stuck with it unless I pay to have it redone. Getting in touch with him and to return was challenging. I was told they would start on a certain date to fix the mistakes.... This is after months and renegotiating when they could come. The reason my ratings aren't lower is because Paulie did send his men to fix the issues (I sent pictures that were undeniable that the work was not up to standards). I decided to push for a week day (which he told me numerous of times it was easier to schedule). 2 men showed up and did a GREAT JOB in fixing the previous issues. So I say do not get work done on the weekends.... It was stressful, they also turned off my dryer or heater without telling me... of course my not knowing I thought it was broken.... The list goes on.... Luckily Paulie caught it when I complained my dryer suddenly stopped working (not realizing his men caused this!)....

Used Paul for a recent project and could not have been more happy. Communication was 10/10.. answered all questions, offered many different options, fairly priced. We also used him for hardwood floor refinishing and installation of new floors. All projects went smoothly. Will definitely call Paul again for our next project!

Paul and his team were outstanding! Needed some work done at my parents house and he came out to estimate. The price was fair and his team is amazing. They removed the old broken walkway and installed a new owner walkway, fixed broken bluestone and reducer strip on the back patio, installed a new storm door, repaired the fence gate, and built 2 new lattice flower boxes for my Mom! We were all very happy with the results and will hire Paul and his team for the next project too.

I reached out to Paulie this summer as I had just had 13 trees removed from my yard. It was a complete disaster zone, and I needed someone to have a vision of a great space they could transform it in to for my kids. Paulie and his team designed a huge patio for us, graded the yard, seeded, moved a shed and installed a fence in the front of our house. Everything was done quickly and completely within budget! He thought about every detail about how it would function best for us and paid attention to all of the details. He went above and beyond, scouring local resources for the fencing I wanted and helping me to landscape the front of the house as well. Add a stone path....no problem. Round the edges of the stone stairs so my toddlers don't hurt themselves...done. He was just fantastic in every way and I would highly recommend him to anyone for any home improvement project. What to say about Paul and his crew? As first time home buyers, we got screwed with a house that had foundation problems, sagging beams, sagging roof and water problems. And we didn't have money for big repairs. We had so many contractors just coming in and literally running away after looking at the situation. Paul took over being very honest about realistic expectations (you can't fix s****!) and always working within our budget, being honest when it didn't make sense to spend extra money, and proposing change of orders only when they were cost effective. He went above and beyond, giving us recommendations (btw, he will always say yes to anything that you ask for, but, from personal experience, if he recommends something it's because he just knows better, so my opinion is, just let him do it and trust him and his vision), and he has been a great communicator. He gave us optimism and solutions every time we discovered a new problem in the house. He and his crew are fast, precise, hard working, very respectful and nice. We have been working with them for the past 4 months and counting. They completely rebuilt the main floor of the house, reframed the roof, consolidated foundations, fixed beams and joists, changed electric, waterproofed the basement, re-sided part of the roof, re did all the lights and much more. After 4 months there is still a lot to do, but I'm finally sitting in my living room (the once most disastrous room) after painting the wall, thinking how beautiful my house is coming along. And this is only thanks to Paul. (Hey, looks like you can actually fix s*** :) )Services: General construction

I hired Paul to renovate my kitchen and bathroom. I told Paul that I am very detailed oriented when it comes to tile. After completing my bathroom I was so impressed I referred all my friends and family. I've never seen anyone cut and lay tile so perfectly. If you are looking for a reliable and professional contractor look no further. Paulie and his crew do an awesome job. Great quality and attention to detail. They have done a high end shore renovation for me and also a budget friendly rental unit. Both came out better than expected. He is very fair with price — I typically share what my budget is for a given project and he makes sure it stays in a range that works for me. He will also pick up your call virtually any time of day which is not something contractors are typically great at. I look forward to working with Paulie on more projects.Services: Fan installation

We had Paul come out to redo a flat roof another company had messed up. Paul handled the job with ease, sent updates as things went along, and delivered a perfect product on schedule. Highly recommend for any work.

I consulted with about 5 other contractors before Paul was scheduled to come for an estimate, and I'm so glad I waited until after I met him to make a decision. I was looking to put in a patio, and everyone gave me a different story; from high prices to limited availability to wait times of a couple months or longer.Paul came by for the estimate, gave me a great, competitive price within my budget, offered advice about how to best design the patio, and was completely honest about the expectations and timeline for project completion. (His timeline was also weeks ahead of anyone else.)The first day of scheduled work, it rained. Paul called me immediately in the morning and said they would monitor the situation and work if the weather allowed (it didn't). Instead he came with his crew the very next day, bright and early, and they got straight to work. I was in near constant communication with Paul, and as the project deviated a bit (we added some extra space to the walkway and had to adjust the shape), he consulted me before making any changes. I felt actively involved and like my voice was heard from start to finish, and the end result was exactly what I wanted. Before he left, he gave me some maintenance tips and said I could call with any questions or concerns.I look forward to working with Paul on all sorts of home projects in the coming years, and definitely recommend his services. I am so glad that I found Paul, Ingrid, and Ricciardi Enterprises. I was having a very hard time getting a contractor who would call back and show up and I really appreciated that their team not only responded but got our job done quickly. It was greatly helpful that they came to the house for a consultation first so that I understood that our double vanity install would require moving the plumbing and could adjust budget expectations before committing.On install day, the crew took really great care getting the heavy double vanity upstairs and Paul handled multiple unforeseen complications while communicated them with me.Thank you!!
