I looked at a fridge. The salesperson explained the scratches and damages on it. I looked up the fridge online and brand new undamaged was selling for same price EVERYWHERE. Salesperson became annoyed. Butler beware do your homework.

Easiest purchase ever. Knowledgeable sales staff. Delivered and installed our new washer and took away the old one. Very polite and respectful! Highly recommend!

Purchased a refrigerator that was delivered and installed today. Price and selection were great, and they even found one that was immediately available for me! Delivery team did a great job installing the new one and taking my old one.

This is the worst store one as a referred customer to go to. If a product is purchased and given a approximate time frame the product would be available the sales rep should be responsible enough to give a courtesy call to inform if any product is no longer available. The sales rep named Ari didn’t have the courage to give me a courtesy call to let me know that the product is no longer available or discontinued. I called this week 5 times and it was either the sales rep not in or day off or busy. After today I called for Ari the sales rep he was busy. I left my contact information and still didn’t call me until finally I saw the closing time on the website. I called again and found out that my product is no longer available after I paid in full approximately 2 months ago. I did ask the reason why knowing the product wasn’t available the sales rep didn’t have the courage to call me. His version was that there are many customers that he would have to call and he doesn’t have the TIME!!!! Which I totally disagree!!!! I told him well sorry to say but that is his job; He said that his job is to sell the product. So my question is who’s responsible for a case like this?????Can’t believe what kind of sales rep could give a great business for this store. Never recommending anyone this place.Poor service!!!!!

Martin is wonderful. We went to Reno’s for a new stove. Martin answered our questions and gave us recommendations to choose from. Martin even called us while he was on vacation to let us know the status of our order. The delivery people were so polite. We recommend Reno’s for all appliance purchases. We had purchase from big box stores previously but Reno’s prices are competitive and the customer service is superior

Took a while to get this dishwasher after they told me it would get here in 2 weeks. And compared to other places, delivery fee is much higher. Other places are offering free delivery. I wish I'd known better.
