I love this location! It’s my therapy when I need a calm relaxing gym where I can be fluid. My only issue is the weights of the med balls. They only have 4lbs ?. Hopefully that changes soon until then I have to go to another location to make progress with my medball workout.

Staff is always friendly, and the gym is clean. I've been going here on and off for about 10 years. The only downside is that at times, there are multiple machines not working.

Everything is nice and clean always friendly staff. It's been 5 years since COVID they always said we'll go back to 24 hours after we get staffed The reason I joined this place is cuz there were 24 hours You guys didn't adjust my payment when you changed hours How does that seem right
