I lost a small piece of the Eezy Peezy monkey bars when moving it. I was relieved when customer service responded quickly and sent me a free replacement piece within a week.

Warning Warning BEWARE!!!!!!! I do not recommend this company, products, or brand. Their lack of communication or understanding of how to properly conduct business has lead me to this review. The products they produce are of cheap quality as it is very apparent their focus is strictly on cutting corners and saving cost. This is not a family center focus company.

My son received a gift (boxing set) that was broken right out of the box. I contacted NSG to request a replacement part (the punching bag would not hold air). They told me I had to have a copy of the receipt in order to replace the part. When I told them it was a gift, therefore I did not have the receipt, they simply told me I could buy the part for $10. Disappointing policy and customer service.

Great customer service! I wrote the wrong street address for a pewi bicycle I brought for my niece and, without dispute NSG’s Nina in customer services has resolved the issue within 2 days and has assured me the product will be shipped out to the correct address! Thanks NGS and Nina! Great customer service.

They have anything you need, and their customer service is really nice. Friendly and helpful. We found a replacement wheel for our toddler's pewi bike at NSG, and our experience was excellent.

Made a purchase through amazon and I contacted NSG on Facebook and they responded within 24 hours ready to help me out on a piece I thought I was missing. They definitely need to promote more of their products well worth it.

Proud owners of an Eezy Peezy Monkey Bars Climber. We lost a few parts while moving. Contacted customer service and they quickly sent out free replacements, plus a helpful installation video. Soon our little monkeys will be climbing again!

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Product was low quality,missing parts, had to be forced together, ended up cutting ourselves it trying to assemble it. When I messaged them I received no reply even though you had read our messages. Your products are not only below standards but are downright dangerous. To anyone considering them- steer clear from this cheap crap ! You will only hurt yourself and your kids !

We recently got the Eezy Peezy monkey bars and they are so cool!! They are sturdy enough for the kids to climb and hang all over them, yet light enough for us to move them around the yard as needed. I have a feeling these are going to be a hit for years to come! Best of all, I love to see my kiddo outside and being active!
