Ordered tires at 7am for my customer, in hopes I'd get ahead of things and get them quickly to finish his truck same day. Receive tires at 4 pm. Thats unacceptable. Unfair to go out of my way to provide my customer good service to be let down on putting tires on his truck. Held up the entire job.
