Had them assigned to a Verizon Roadside Assistance call to tow my car. Had to wait almost 3 hours from the request time until I got an update to say they were on the way. About ten minutes after I get the update, I get a call that I cancelled my service. When I spoke to the Verizon rep, they said the business cancelled it but couldn't give me a reason, maybe 'another call' came in. They never reached out to me to ask any questions or speak to me at all.I would not recommend if you can't even call me to say there's an issue.
