I had a great first experience. I brought my engagement ring and wedding band to be redipped, cleaned and diamonds tightened. It took less than a week and they look brand new. Very happy with how they turned out and the price was very reasonable!

All I wanted was a heart charm saying love mom to a bracelet I was giving to my daughter for her birthday: here’s the scenario 3 weeks before her birthday I took a charm bracelet to Jules to buy charm 2 weeks later charm came in engraved over a design which made it look like a dime store token, would not take it , so then they proceeded to sand out engraving and put letters on back of same charm; now it went from dime store to carnival freebie; they redid the engraving on a new charm which I settled for, only because I felt it can only get worse if I didn’t take it, come to find out this is the same jewelry store owner that was by Quik check which I also had trouble with, Schroths I miss you!
