When you first walk into the lobby of the hotel you are greeted by beautiful marble! I can not get over how absolutely stunning this place is. The sleeping rooms are newly renovated as well and beautiful! We dined in the restaurant for dinner and were greeted by the very friendly manager who sat us and told us all about the specials that night. I highly recommend dining in the restaurant the food was absolutely delicious and you cannot pass up desserts made by Calandra’s Bakery!!! We will definitely be back!

This is a fantastic place to stay! The rooms are soundproof! I didn’t hear a single noise from our neighbors! Rooms are well appointed. Love the snack pantry for late night snacks or dinner if you arrive late. And the bar…where to begin…Gabby made THE best cocktails! The Old Fashioned and Margaritas were stellar and Gabby is the consummate bartender. This is a great home away from home.

My stay was great from the time I walked in until the time I checked out. Very clean, and upscale environment. Staff was professional and pleasant. They called me after I left to inform me I left a special dress shirt in the closet. They offered to mail it to me!Rooms: The room blew me away. It was brand new looking. Even the air conditioning was newer. Very clean.

I would absolutely return to this place. Stayed there during this past week for one night on business. The parking is ample, and I couldn't believe the site of all this lawn furniture around the outside. Must be gorgeous and really nice to hang out at in the Spring and Summer.You walk into the lobby and they have the restaurant seating area right there, and it's gorgeous. Check in was super-professional and quick... The room was just fine... no design issues or sloppy crap that should have been repaired 5 years ago... just a quality place. I was really happy that the window opened. I slept pretty comfortably and the only thing I thought was a little silly is the shower. There's this tiny 3" or 4" high curb keeping the water from leaving the shower, and it doesn't do a very good job. Plus, as nice as it was to have a hand shower in conjunction with the overhead showerhead, there was NO SHELF on which you could place your soap or shampoo. I'm like 51 years old already. I can't be bending over in the shower. I'm too old for that garbage.But I'm keeping it at 5 stars anyway because I so appreciated so many things about this place. Even free breakfast was pretty darn good the next morning.

Nice and clean, well-managed, good amenities ( considering the price).Plenty of parking spaces, and the room has a refrigerator, a safe, clean shower and bathroom with plenty of towels, a small iron, a coffee machine, and a TV, all in good or acceptable condition.Also, you have free breakfast which was good enough and free wifi ( I didn't use it)The best is their restaurant. A very nice restaurant and a bar, with good service delicious food and dessert items.

Wonderful staff. Very friendly. We were there overnight because we had a wedding that Friday night September 29. Our room was great!! Clean and comfortable. Loved the breakfast Saturday morning!!

Majd, the manager, and his team are the best in the business. The hotel has been totally remodeled and is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The Italian restaurant is top notch and if you haven’t eaten there you should! Tom is the manager of the restaurant. Him and his team go above and beyond. Can’t say enough about this place! If your not staying here when in town you are missing out!

In general, my stay here on 10/03/2024, was excellent, but a few things were a bit unfortunate.I arrived at around 7:30pm and the check in process was seamless with a super friendly concierge.Up on the second floor, there was a small stench in the hallway, but not too bothersome. The room was very clean, very comfortable sheets and bed, AC worked very well, and the shower pressure was better than most places I've stayed. The renovations were definitely great.When I went to order room service, the phone had no cord, so I needed to call the front desk directly. They transfered me to room service, who didn't pick up the first time, but did on the second time after a 5 minute wait. The food, however, was outstanding, and worth the wait.In the morning, which the hotel website lists free hot breakfast, it was only a standard continental setup. While there were pre-made mini omelets, bacon, and potatoes which were hot, it was very misleading.Rooms: Room was very clean. Very comfortable sheets and bed, shower pressure was great, TV was large, and AC worked very well.The phone in my room didn't have a cord, so I had to directly call them for help.Food & drinks: The restaurant room service was absolutely wonderful, but a bit expensive.The "hot breakfast" as listed on the website was only a standard continental one. Very misleading.

Despite my initial hopes for a pleasant stay, several issues arose that greatly impacted my overall impression of the hotel. Here is a breakdown of the problems encountered:1. Broken Fridge - Spoiled Goods:One of the major inconveniences during my stay was a broken fridge in the room. This resulted in my perishable items going bad, which was both frustrating and wasteful. It was disappointing to have this essential amenity in disrepair.2. Unwanted Roommates - Bugs:To my dismay, my hotel room was infested with bugs. This unwelcome surprise made my stay uncomfortable and left me feeling unsettled. The presence of bugs is not only unhygienic but also reflects a lack of proper maintenance.3. Leaks and Bathroom Problems:The bathroom in my room had several leaks and plumbing issues. It was disheartening to deal with constant dripping sounds and the inconvenience of malfunctioning facilities. This compromised the comfort and functionality of the room.4. Balcony Flooding:Another unpleasant surprise I encountered was a flooded balcony. This not only rendered the outdoor space unusable but also raised concerns about the hotel's maintenance practices. It was disappointing to have a feature that should enhance the stay turn into a problem.5. Exploitative Practices:In an unfortunate turn of events, Hampton Inn took advantage of my family and me during a vulnerable time. After our home had been condemned, we sought temporary accommodation, only to find that the hotel overcharged us unfairly. This added insult to injury during an already challenging period.In conclusion, my experience at Hampton Inn was far from satisfactory. The presence of a broken fridge, bugs in the room, leaks and bathroom problems, a flooded balcony, and the exploitative pricing left me deeply disappointed. I would caution potential guests to carefully consider their options before choosing this hotel, as my experience fell far short of the expected standards of comfort and service.

We stayed here for a wedding. The rooms were very clean, checkin was easy. We enjoyed a group breakfast the morning after the wedding . It was very delicious and accommodating for the family and friends who traveled for the wedding.Noteworthy details: Newly updated rooms.

In a word...AMAZING! We were up from Florida for the wedding of my wife's niece, Cara.I'll be brief...the rooms were very clean and comfortable, as was the bed. Housekeeping was fantastic and, they were all so friendly.At the front desk, they were very professional and accomadating.The servers in the restaurant, and the food...top notch.One in particular, Javier (Javy)...he was so very attentive and really seems to love his job...he made us feel, not just at home and comfortable but...SPECIAL. A wonderful guy...my wife LOVED him.Javier is with the guests, the way all the employees should be. 5 stars go to him personally.Thank you for a stay that was better than we could have asked for,Danny and Karen Falcon
