“My wife and I recently ordered our baby nursery furniture (mattress, crib, dresser, chest) from the Fairfield Raymour & Flanigan location, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Henry. Hands down, one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with… genuine, courteous, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about everything we were looking at.

From the moment we walked in, Henry made the entire process effortless. We were waiting on two specific crib pieces to come back in stock, and instead of us having to constantly check or follow up, Henry handled everything for us. He kept track of the updates, reached out the moment the pieces arrived, and immediately let us know when delivery could be scheduled. We didn’t even have to wait two weeks; everything was quick, smooth, and stress-free.

Delivery itself was seamless. I loved that there was a tracker, the team gave us an ETA, and they showed up exactly as promised. They were super clean, extremely thorough, and very respectful throughout the entire process. The furniture looks amazing in the nursery and is excellent quality!

As someone who works alone, they are always willing to offer me a second opinion when asked or chime in when I just need a little validation. “Small store with great selection and very well stocked. The parking lot was a challenge, but it is manageable. They had 2 registers open and a bunch of self check out lines. There were two guys in the tech department selling AT&T phones. They were a bit annoying. I've never seen that at a target before.”

“The Fairfield store has a newer customer service manager, Dominic De Palma who was a gentleman to deal with and effective at his job. He helped us with a sales situation we had and got it resolved quickly. The store personnel offered us options but in the end we decided we no longer wanted one of the ordered pieces and they refunded our money hassle free. The store sells quality products and the two sales people you should deal with are Lois and Rod, both honest and upfront about everything. Our furniture was built in the USA and came in earlier than expected.”
