I bought all my new kitchen appliances here. Wendy Johnston helped me with everything and was terrific! She was a pleasure to work with and continued to be available as I had plenty of questions during the installation process. No matter what I asked, Wendy was quick to respond, patient, and supportive. She also assisted in making sure my rebate claim was inputted properly. I highly recommend working with her.

We have made many purchases over the years and we are never disappointed by their service, quality products, delivery, and their skilled installers.
Our most recent purchase was to replace a dishwasher that was at the end of its life. We had a few models in mind before we arrived, Tom sat with us and was extremely helpful to us by going through all the specs of each model and comparing them to help us decide which was the best fit and value for our needs. He was patient and at no point did we feel pressured into any brand or model. All too often I have been swayed by salespeople towards a product that was meant to benefit the salesperson or business. My needs were the only needs that were being satisfied.
Much thanks to Tom for his assistance and we hope the next time we are in need of a new appliance he will be there to assist us.

Classy place. Beautiful kitchen everything equipment from basic to ultra high end. Working for many years with Tom Carrea. He provides service and advice over and beyond. I use Ferguson professionally and I needed some appliances urgently for part of a hospital setting. During his vacation, he arranged for the appliances to be delivered and installed (today). Flawlessly! Great appreciation for Toms dedication. My customer was surprised I pulled this off but it wouldn't have happened without Tom. Thanks

They have a big showroom which has a lot of appliances, plumbing supplies and etc. We had Kelly as our consultant. She was great helping us pick out fixtures for our 4 full bathrooms and 2 kitchens. But not surprisingly with renovations, there are problems with some of the parts we ordered. One of the shower trim/valves didn't fit correctly, even though the system showed they fit, according to Kelly. Our plumber had to go, last minute, to find the valve that fit correctly. We were lucky because that would've delayed the town plumbing inspection. She was able to process the refund for the wrong one even though the item was opened and not returnable.

Ferguson was everything we expected and more. We ordered our refrigerator over the phone and our salesman Tom Carrea was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We actually had to reschedule our delivery due to a snow storm. We highly recommend Fergusons for your appliance needs.

Wend Johnson at Ferguson Plumbing has supplied all of my appliances for every single home for years. This particular order was going up to Pennsylvania and right after a snow storm making this delivery happen to meet my dead line was critical. Wendy & Ferguson Pluming made it happen. Service is beyond professional and seamless. Great work.

Many thanks to Tom Carrea at the Fairfield showroom for making the process of replacing my appliances a pleasant experience. His years of product knowledge and his installation recommendation was so helpful in making decisions as to what would be best. I am so happy with the outcome. Tom was easy to work with...friendly but very professional, great on follow-up and always available to reach, even on his day off.
