I've worked with them for the past 7 years. We've replaced equipment, used them to change our office to VOIP and have had only positive experiences with them. Every technician, bookkeeper and sales rep has been fantastic. Mark who is my primary contact always provides a solution, teaches us how to trouble shoot and has made every transition smooth. Thank you for always getting us out of jams.

A+ product, A+ service. My Firm was in need of a new printer/copier and we decided to lease with Electronic Office Systems. Travis and his team were very accommodating and made sure we were satisfied with our new lease agreement. Electronic Office Systems immediately provided and installed a loaner machine for us while we waited for our new printer/copier. Our new printer was delivered weeks earlier than expected. Our installer Vince did an excellent job. During the install of our new printer, my secretary asked if the printer/copier can be set up to print on specialty paper and explained that this would save her an enormous amount of time. Vince went above and beyond and extended his stay to assist and returned the next day to complete the work to make my staff’s life easier.

Mark the service tech has been so helpful in troubleshooting a printing issue and he was relentless until figuring it out which he did and got us up and running again. He went above and beyond for us and it's service like Mark provides that keeps me a happy customer and I wouldn't think of going any where else for my copier needs in the future.

We use this company for keeping our Savin printers supplied and working properly. We've had great experiences with them overall the past few years. Today I had to contact their IT department and worked with Mark. He was professional, helpful and resolved our issues in under 30 minutes. Not only that, he taught me methods for quickly deploying new print drivers and went above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough!

I spent a good amount of time with Mark today. He was unbelievably patient and walked me though everything that I needed to do to get my relocated copier/scanner running. The service call went way past normal working hours and it was much appreciated .
