SO DISRESPECTFUL and such bad service I was asking this elderly lady for help and she gave me a really bad time and was just ignoring me like if I wasn’t there she should really be fired already there’s so many bad reviews about her.
NEVER RETURNING HERE EVER AGAIN.!!!

Today I went to get some balloons for my birthday, and I asked the cashier twice if I had to pay for the balloons first and then inflate them, but she responded rudely with a bad attitude, she yelled at me and my daughter, who is a minor. and he kicked us out of the building, those types of bad-tempered people should not be in customer service, I think the most sensible thing is that they should train the Work staff before hiring them because due to their attitudes, Costumers like us will not return to this store ever again. ☹️

Called to verify before coming if they fill balloons purchased elsewhere. After being told yes and driving 30 minutes, I was told they would not fill balloons purchased elsewhere and I called the wrong number. After confirming the number, they still insisted the conversation never occurred after asking each of their staff.Stick to PartyCity.

Have you been to a RACIST dollar tree?! Well this is it. I dropped a candle that i had already paid for and the manager did not even offer to help pick up while she was helping other white folks organize they items nicely in a box and i was not even offered a paper bag. Never again. I literally cried in my car after this.

Yesterday I purchased (9) different boxes of candy. The chocolate candy in the box of (Buncha Crunch) did not look right. The chocolate looked old it was kinda white and dull instead of shiny and brown. So I took it back to the store with my receipt to get a new box. I showed the manager the chocolate and she said we can't take any food item back since Covid. Really???? You weren't going to put it back on the shelf so what does Covid have to do with this. I wasn't asking for my money back I just wanted a replacement. She said she can only exchange it if the candy had an expired best by date which it did not so I was not able to get another box. This is ridiculous!! If it's expired then Covid doesn't matter. It's not about the money ($1.25). It's about good customer service. I bought (9) boxes of different candy and now I won't shop there anymore. I can get the same deal at the grocery store. Smh

The supervisor was there again, the girl with the big for head, and again she's on the register with no light again, and started barking, saying that oh she had to take her break now and she's very nasty girl. I don't know how they hired her because she's freaking nasty to the customers and even though she didn't have her hair up this time he's she had her hair down. She still has a big forehead. Maybe they need to deflate her for head and her big ego and the big block on her shoulder, knock it off.

My favorite Dollar Tree. It is clean and fast. Has tons of stuff that is very cheap. I got these Premium Protein for 1.25 USD, which are twice my price anywhere else for the unit. I also like their brand of diet soda, which is great price for the quantity.
