I've been receiving calls for a different patient about their prescription being ready to pick up. They leave messages with the person's name. I've called to have them fix this for 2 days and so far, nothing has changed. I feel this is a HIPAA violation. Thomas Fedak is the name associated with the number.

This is the worst company/customer service I’ve ever encountered. I have had several experiences with them but they never have my medicine ready in time (WHEN ITS A CRUCIAL MEDICINE!!), always mess up my order, and never get back to you when you contact them. They need to get a reality check and start running a business the right way, some problem need SPECIALTY medicine to live.

I have been with this Pharmacy for 7 months and the service has been excellent. I have been able to refill my kidney transplant medications quickly and safely. Everything so far excellent.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve used other specialty pharmacies before and these people are beyond the worst. They sent a bill to collections without even bothering to call me about it and then chose to hold my prescription refill because of it, again not bothering to notify me they were doing this. It’s $30. I’m more than able to pay it. But now because they sent it to collections I have to call the collections agency to try to pay it, without any reference number or account number to allow me to use the automated systems. Then, I get to call back and and ask this joke of a pharmacy to release my medication. All of this could have been avoided with a simple phone call, but apparently that’s too much courtesy for them. Let’s hope I don’t have an asthma attack in the meantime because of it.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Unless you want to spend 1-2 hours on the phone every time you order medicine. Nothing is ever straightforward and they always screw up my copay assistance.

Horrible horrible service. I've been waiting 3 weeks for my son's medication. I'm calling them daily and they promise that I'll receive it the following day but that never happens. Every day a different excuse. Playing around with a child's health is no joke. The worst pharmacy by far!

I have been on the verge of a nervous breakdown with this company. I ordered my husband's medication almost a month ago as it was due for a refill. He has missed TWO doses, and this awful company keeps saying insurance wont approve it, saying the Dr isn't doing what he needs to do, etc. They are constantly giving me the runaround, and refuse to send anything. According to my husband's drs office, this. Is all due to CVS specialty pharmacy new protocol, they never tell me about. We are Forced to use this AWFUL company because of our insurance. I have put a message into the insurance co, and have yet again contacted this company. My husband is now in excruciating pain, and I'm livid.
