Creative Furniture is an absolute must-visit destination for anyone looking to furnish their home or office. The showroom is massive, with an incredible selection of modern and contemporary furniture pieces that are both stylish and affordable. But what really sets Creative Furniture apart is their amazing sales staff. I was impressed with variety of modern collections of the furniture and decor for the whole house. I purchased living room and dining room sets. Furniture is very comfortable and quality is great. The service provided in the store was amazing.

From walking in the showroom to making our purchase and having it delivered, the entire process was seamless. They answered any and every question I had along the way. Scott at Creative furniture in Fairfield did a phenomenal job helping my wife and I redesign our family room. We were thrilled with the process (painless) from our first meeting to the delivery of our furniture. We love his style and are big CF fans (quality of the furniture). You get what you pay for. If you have a new home or are looking to do what we did just redo 1 room at a time definitely use Scott. We will be using him again very shortly.

He has been extremely helpful to my husband and I in picking out some beautiful furniture and leather for our new home. I really enjoy his ideas and insight and wonderful personality! We went to Creative Furniture in Fairfield to look at the ALF Italian Table. Genrietta helped us. It was not an ordinary purchase because we were having a home built in FL that would not be ready for months. Genrietta was so kind, she assured us that we could purchase it then ( there was a sale) and she made arrangements for Creative Furniture to store our table until we closed on our home months later. Her attention to details with this order was outstanding! The table was delivered last week and it is beautiful! Delivery was terrific! All these months later, she emailed me to be sure all went well. I can’t thank her enough for knowledge and kindness! Definitely request her if shopping in Creative Furniture of Fairfield you won’t be disappointed!

We recently purchased furniture from Creative Furniture in Fairfield . The process from start to finish was seamless. Our designer, Liubov Shevchenko, had wonderful suggestions for our rooms and guided us in choosing our pieces and fabrics. We felt she really listened to us and understood what our taste and needs were. She made it fun and easy, and we absolutely love everything we got. The delivery team was on time, polite, and neat. They didn’t leave until they were sure I was satisfied with the placement of everything. Our experience with Creative Furniture couldn’t have been better.

After receiving a sample leather by mail, I ordered a sofa and loveseat and yardage material to reupholster a pair of chairs. The sofa and loveseat arrived earlier than expected. Delivery went smoothly with 'white glove' service. The furniture was perfect. They also included arm covers, which I didn't expect. Two weeks later my material arrived in perfect condition. Genrietta at the Fairfield store was very helpful, as was Genesis, the scheduler at the Edison warehouse. This was an excellent shopping experience and I am now enjoying my new living room. In addition to looking beautiful, the seat cushions are very comfy. I highly recommend this furniture company. P.S. I recently took a chance on buying a Creative Furniture mattress set and couldn't be happier. I am now sleeping well too.

His attention to detail, responsiveness to my questions and needs, walking me through the process of furnishing multiple rooms, and sharing his expertise made my purchase well worth it.There were delays with production and we have seen all over the country and world. We went to Creative Furniture in Fairfield NJ. We were moving to Florida and going to furnish our entire house with new furniture. We never shopped in Creative Furniture before but had seen many friends and relatives who had and they had great stuff that really looked great.We were fortunate to be assigned to Scott Ratner, as our sales person and decorator. He is an impressive young man who just knows how to relate to people and read them perfectly. I am a man and while I understand decorating my wife is just more tuned in to it and cares more. Scott knew this without telling her. He guided us through the process step by step. He used floor plans and worked to get us best prices and take advantage of sales. He taught us to coordinate each room with each other. He gave opinions and then let us decide. When we went on a decision that may not have worked out, tactfully he guided us to something else. Never any pressure or judgement. If it seems like he made this a wonderful process because he did. If you are lucky, he will be your person as well. As after thought we had a problem with one piece of furniture. Scott made sure this was taken care of. This process could have been a disaster. We ordered 6 months in advance and furniture was delivered to Florida the day after moving in. They set up and arranged all the furniture perfectly. Many of our neighbors who did not do this process in advance had little or no furniture for 6 Months. Thanks Scott at Creative Furniture.
