I work at church and Wade Collins has been our Account Manager for many years. Wade always has a fun and positive attitude whenever we call him or when he stops by the office if he is in the area. Wade is always helpful and goes above and beyond to help solve any problems we may have, whether it is sending helping us get a service technician or supplies as soon as possible. Everyone that we have worked with at CDS has been a pleasure and their Customer Service is great.

I have been working with Wade Collins for nearly 2 years now for our companies copier equipment. Wade has been nothing but pleasure to work with, making me job easier with his support. I have been working with Wade Collins and CDS since 2018. My organization started with 14 desktop laser printers. We were so impressed with CDS's customer service, the quality of the equipment as well as their responsiveness with replenishment and onsite service. We recently added 2 copiers with CDS. It's much easier to have CDS take care of our toner supply. No more checking numerous machines for toner levels and trying to find the best price for the toner and shipping too. The online print manager program is also very easy to use. I highly recommend CDS.

Mark and Anthony were both great at taking the time to understand our firm's needs and discuss the options regarding the different equipment and features. Delivery and setup was very smooth, and their tech support made sure that everything was set up correctly and working on our network within only a couple of hours.

Our Church switched over to Complete Document Solutions 2 years ago after being with another company for many years. Mark Bookbinder guided us through the purchase process for our Xerox copier and we couldn't be happier. We didn't need any service until over 2 years later and the Service Technician was excellent, found the problem quickly and fixed our machine in a short time period. I highly recommend this company and especially Mark Bookbinder!

Would highly recommend Complete Document Solutions! The lease on our old copier/printer was about to expire at the office. We had just begun to research options to replace the system we have when Mark reached out to introduce himself. Great timing aside, we found Mark and Anthony to be a great team who worked to understand our needs and our budget. They offered a printing and copy solution that worked within both parameters. The process of establishing a new lease, swapping out our old machine for the new one, and getting our church office up and running on a new system was painless. The Xerox unit we have today meets all our needs. Customer support has been great about training and answering questions as needed while we got up and running. Grateful for the great experience.

I recently used CDS to replace our office copier. Mark and Anthony were wonderful to work with. Knowing I was unhappy with my previous machine and apprehensive about the replacement process, they went the extra mile to provide quality samples, answer questions and explain everything.
