Cartridge World of West Paterson has been my go to place for all ink needs since 2012! Jim has great pricing and goes above & beyond, even hand delivering the ink to us same day when we are unable to leave the office. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I walk into Cartridge World and I have always had great service! The cartridges I buy are at a fair price and the ink has always worked with no problems. I have been buying the same ink since 2007 and each purchase has been worth it. I am glad and appreciate you still carrying the cartridges that I always needed. Good service for twelve years and always has friendly employees.

I really think they do a good job there . Alex and RoseAnne super awesome people . Easy to order ink cartridges and there real nice people. If you order over 100.00 Alex drove to Newark - drop it off when we needed him. I am thankful to them . Leslie Ayre -Dyna-Veyor Inc.

Purchased several laser ink cartridges for a high-end HP printer. The cartridges were over $100 each new from Staples, who did not carry them in store. Cartridge World had the cartridges (not OEM, just some weird brand) for just under $50 per color. Instead of spending over $300, I spent under $150 and they worked just as well as the HP OEM version. The gentleman who assisted me was very courteous and knowledgeable about printer cartridges. With the hundreds of thousands of printers available from an endless supply of electronic brands, it is hard to imagine one store having EVERY cartridge for every printer ever made. If you are lucky enough to have a cartridge carried by this store, the price and performance of the cartridges available at Cartridge World are unmatched (even by Amazon). If not, maybe Staples or Amazon would be a better bet. Though I agree that it is frustrating walking into a specialty store and not finding what you want, I do not believe an marking down an establishment because of it. My tip to fellow Yelp-ers: call ahead and see if the store carries your cartridge before you go. If they do not, within reasonable proximity to Cartridge World is Walmart, Best Buy, Staples, Office Depot, Costco, and RadioShack, all of whom carry a select variety of print cartridges. Amazon is also a solid choice (especially if you have Prime, can't beat free 2-day shipping!)

This is one of those specialty stores where you wonder how they can possibly make enough money to stay open. The overhead for inventory, salaries, taxes, rent and utilities to keep a store of this nature open must be considerable, not to mention the franchise fee just to start it up. Why do I make such comments? Computer printer ink and toner are not exactly hard to come by, so I walked into this establishment today with an empty ink cartridge from my HP OfficeJet fax machine. I was sure they'd have a HP OEM replacement, a similar generic ink cartridge, or could at least refill it for me. Nope, they struck out, 0 for 3. Their suggestion? Order it from Staples! I could have thought of that myself, and saved the time, gas, and aggrevation. And you wonder why internet shopping is putting brick-and-mortar stores out of business.
