I have used Aera for many years. They have been very good with response to emergency dog coming in keeping you up to date of what is happening and course of action that should be taken but doesn’t push you to do anything you don’t feel comfortable doing. You know your animal best.

Everyone was so nice my cat was taken in almost immediately reducing stress for the animal and myself. I got lost trying to fine the new place and the woman at the desk talked me into the hospital parking lot.
