The attendant by the entrance is always super attentive and the wash has been solid. The vacuums are strong and included with the wash.

The guy at the front booth is patient and courteous… I found signing up to be a little difficult, waved him over. He came immediately and talked to me through it. The car wash itself I think does a wonderful job and vacuums are included in package . Can’t ask for a better deal. ! recommend it.

I wish I had read the comments before becoming a member here. It is a complete regret for me. If you want to cancel your membership, you have to try many times. You have to pay for a membership that you have not received service for 1-2 months. Because they are resisting cancellation

Unfortunately and similarly to some of the former customers below, I went to this car wash on June 13, 2024. Upon arriving to the car wash, the guy at the entrance informed me that I could pay slightly extra (in and around 33+ dollars) to get TWO car washes for the month of June. I explained to him that I did NOT want to be charged MONTHLY nor did I want a monthly car wash package. He reiterated multiple times that I would NOT be charged monthly and instead only be charged this ONE time of 33+ dollars to receive only TWO car washes in the month of June.
Turns out, that was completely false. While taking a look at my credit card statement today, I realized they had charged me for July and August for $37.27. 1) I did not authorize my card to be used for a monthly charge. 2) I did not electronically or physically sign my name to any type of monthly contract. 3) I did not authorize the car wash to keep a credit card of mine on file so they can continue to charge the card.
Again, the representative reiterated multiple times that I am NOT signing up for a monthly membership, but yet, was charged twice. I disputed the charges with my bank.
They claim that upon "signing up" that people are verbally and visually shown that you are signing up for a monthly subscription. This is simply false. I was never shown a contract, signed (electronically or physically), or signed any type of further credit card authorization forms.
Update: Response from the owner indicated that the terms and conditions were listed on the screen and that the representative hands out a brochure explaining the unlimited car wash- I never received a brochure from anyone.

Complete scumbag operation. The business model isn't a carwash. It's selling a monthly membership which they hope people don't show up. If you email them to try and cancel, they send you a nebulous reply email. I emailed them to cancel and received a confirmation of receipt. However, the confirmation of receipt wasn't in fact an actual cancellation. It was instructions on how to link your card to to your account. By doing that, you then go in and update/cancel your account. But the email never states that your account is not cancelled and this is what you need to do. It only shows they received your request to cancel and gives instructions on how to set up your account in their portal. So you receive an email from them that they are in receipt of your cancellation but it's not actually cancelled. But if you receive confirmation of receipt, why would you want to go in and create a link to your credit card and profile if you are under the impression you are done with this company? I reached out to them after paying for and not using their service for 26 months. Shame on me for not checking my credit card statement but there was no attempt to do anything on their end. They were completely dismissive and rude. They won and received over $1,000 from me for doing absolutely nothing. If I fell for this, I can't imagine how many others have as well. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE - it's not a reputable business. Plenty of other good car washes in the area I would recommend that are legitimate businesses and based on other reviews, they do a terrible job washing cars anyway. If I could leave zero stars I would, but Google has a minimum of 1 star which is one too many.

They tell you their “unlimited” plan is only for the month and then they continue to charge you $40 a month hoping you don’t notice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not come to this car wash. I went to the Fairfield location for a car wash on April 23rd as a first time customer for a basic car wash. At this time, one of their employees had told me about this deal that your company was offering, stating that I should pay 30 dollars instead and I would get unlimited car washes for one month. This employee specifically told me that this deal would expire on May 23, and I confirmed that it was a one time fee. I would like to emphasize that I made it very clear I did not want a monthly membership but he insisted it was a one time deal. I now find out that I have been charged monthly since, without ever using any of the services since May 23. I find this extremely deceitful, and when I went back to the car wash and then emailed for a refund I was completely dismissed. I had to report these charges as fraud.This did not only happen to me, but they did the same exact thing to my boyfriend when he went. These people use your credit card information without consent.

They do a decent job. I do have to wipe off the lower panels behind the wheels. It comes off blue on my yellow micro towels. With a little polish it comes off. I think it’s the tire shine at the end but not sure. All in all very nice job. I have a 2023 BMW 3 series jet black so trust me I would know if they didn’t do a good job.
Don’t forget to tip the guys at the end that dry off your vehicle.

Great car wash. I especially like the fact that I don’t have to get out of my car. I dont like other car washes where someone else has to drive your car. I don’t like random people getting in my car. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a car wash.
The pay system was confusing and a pain to use. My car is no cleaner than it was when I pulled up. It's just wet.
NOW, my car has rock chips from dirty brushes
