Why did you decide to stop hosting the annual Holiday Customer Appreciation Day? This was an enjoyable event for everyone customers spend a lot of money during that lunch you had for us. Give something back to the customers but now it stopped? Rode out there for nothing but you still wanted people to come in and spend another week's paycheck? Disappointing. No thanks.

It's a shame you decided to become cheap and stop holding the annual Holiday toy drive and customer appreciation lunch which actually made the loyal customers feel like we were getting something back in return for the fortune we spent at this place over time. Yet, you continue to raise prices correct? The word is out and people are talking. Since you decided once again to skimp out on a simple lunch for loyal customers, in which all of us looked forward to sitting down for a sandwich and coffee, while chatting with others after we dropped a few hundred dollars more here, you have lost more loyal customers than you might think you did. All over sandwiches, chips and coffee?Hey, facts are facts.So cheap and such a dumb move.

GREAT SHOP!!! I drove 90 miles to go here to buy and ups md-11f, when I got back and opened the box, I realized that the model was broken, the engine was broken. I called the shop and the sent me a new model by mail since I lived so far away, no extra fees at all and they paid for the shipping, 5 stars for sure!

My experience when calling this aircraft store was extremely disappointing. After making the decision to purchase the bigger airplane, I decided to contact them to obtain information about the largest models they had available. However, instead of receiving friendly and helpful customer service, I encountered a completely indifferent attitude from the woman who answered my call.

A lot of different models. From a 1/200 to a 1/400. It was like a dream in there. I got a few models. The shop amazing and a big variety of aircraft. Definitely coming back here for more aircraft.

It was a very exciting experience. SEEING LOTS of good models. The staff were super friendly. Also a wide range of 1/400 Gemini jets and 1/200. This store is a dream. I am coming back for sure to buy more model planes.

Has a fairly good selection of diecast and plastic and wood model airplanes but not like the ones you would imagine.. very minimal assembly required and they are already painted and decaled.. mostly commercial airline planes and a few military

This is a cool store that has all sorts of model aircraft that you can't find in any other store. The only downside is that I wish they had more locations, especially closer to me!

4 stars is only for the difficulty of getting in the place. After that though, customer service is excellent, knowledgeable and cery friendly. The woman who helped me had a smile the whole time. Like she knew I was blown away by the planes and accessories.I actually bought a Mr. Bean car .. couldn't leave it it was just too rare.Highly recommended for plane enthusiasts and people who build model scenes in their basement. Selection is really something to see.

I finally found a place where I can order model passenger jet in the 1:200 scale. It's The Airplane Shop in Fairfield, NJ. I have made 8 purchases from them. I call rather than use the internet website. I have been very impressed by how friendly and helpful these people are. I have spoken with 4 different people and they all offer a great attitude, knowledge and are amazing as to how quickly they process my order. I order 1 day and I get the shipment the next day here in VT. The packaging they use is amazing. In a time where you're lucky to even have a bag for as shipping container they use a properly sized cardboard box, lot's of paper padding which is able to be recycled. Lot of products sell out fast but they will add you to a pre/order list(if you wish) and send it when comes back into stock. I'm very impressed with this store. I'm looking forward to my next order! Great place to do business!

Very kind staff and really unique place to visit and shop, if you are an aviation enthusiast. The person working the sales floor was really kind, patient, helpful, and gracious. Well worth a detour if you collect.

One of the worst possible places to buy airplane models. This store being a "distributor" will only charge full MSRP on most items that you can get significantly cheaper at many of the stores they supply. Rude and incompetent staff, they don't check the products they sell whether your a customer or a retailer so there is always an endless sea of returns and overall just a miserable company. Don't waste your time for the "in-person" experience, it's not worth it.
