I have been to AF hardware about five times these past three months to purchase items for both my kitchen renovation and my bathroom renovation. I’ve worked with Essie Ramos each time. Essie is a total professional and she’s also fun to work with. She absolutely knows how to do her job and how to make her customer happy. It’s been a great pleasure to work with Essie. Also, the showroom is excellent and I’m sure everyone else who works at AF hardware is excellent.

Hardware Bath & Spa in Fairfield was the absolute worst with finishes on this project. Ordered Products on September 27, never received updates on delivery unless I followed up with Sherin. Today my credit card was charged without my authorization (no phone call, no email) for items ordered on September 27 that were still outstanding in lateNovember. Luckily, I was able to procureoutstanding items from Home Depot so I could complete the project.And responseGood for you.Good luck in Home depot!Good night!

I strongly recommend that you do NOT order anything from AF Supply. The condition the tub I ordered was delivered in is appalling. While the item was not damaged (unbelievably - and only bc it is made out of enameled steel), the box was FILTHY and opened and ripped on the top AND the sides, revealing the tub wall and top. In fact, there was dirt and debris on the base of the inside of the tub (dirt, leaves, etc). I'm honestly really surprised AF Supply felt comfortable even shipping this item to me in the condition it's in. Clearly, they don't care about quality control or the condition of their items before they're sent to you.Not only that, the delivery people will do the absolute bare minimum. Do not expect them to do any more than drop it in your driveway. They are "not allowed" to move it into your home or onto a porch. So, if you don't have a garage, ensure you have extra help to move this item to a covered location.I will never order from this company again, and I recommend that you do not order from them.

Great selection and great service. The showroom is beautifully design for easy selection. Jacklin was so knowledgeable and great to work with. I definitely recommend hardware bath and spa.

Would never work for a crooked company like this again Letter to the owner! Dear Mr. Friedman, On April 29, 2022, I was terminated from AF Supply on the grounds of being too enthusiastic about my role. I was fired without notice in front of other staff by Myranda Velez, the Office manager via orders from Frank Giacomini. I was told that I have been too enthused about my role and I made a few errors but none of them were brought to my attention. I have worked in customer service for about 10 years. During that time, I have established a solid reputation for honesty and integrity in the industry. My work ethic has never been questioned and I have been complimented on my positive attitude by many supervisors and coworkers, including Frank Giacomini. In fact, on my last employee evaluation, I received a rating of excellent in all categories. On April 11, 2022, I was instructed to shadow Emilie Stickles for the day to learn how the day-to-day process works. The next day I was set up on my own with minimal training but I caught on very quickly on my own. I prepared myself before being hired to learn about the SAP program your company use for handling inventory, orders, etc., with hopes of succeeding in the company and meeting all required expectations. On April 18, 2022, I sent an email to You (Mr. Friedman & Frank Giacomini) stating my concerns about my role with the company and I would like to speak to someone about this. I reminded Emilie Stickle (Trainer) with Myranda Velez present that I don't have much work to do and I would like to learn more. On April 22, 2022, a few emails were exchanged between me and customers, then I will receive an email from Frank correcting one particular email. I responded to that email by saying "I need efficient training. I'm only doing what I'm being trained to do. I sent an email to you with hopes that will not get overseen. Also, there are a lot of downtimes where I'm just sitting waiting on emails. I would like to do more." Frank's response stated "We do not have a formal training program. It is more teach as we go. I did see the email and we will discuss it next week. I value your initiative and hard work." I responded "No problem, I look forward to that conversation. I was given the impression that this was not a sink or swim position and I do not feel it is but I do feel I need the proper training to succeed in the company and bring my knowledge to the table." When I handled any email, any order, or any phone call, I made sure I checked in with Myranda, Emilie, or Leonard Felder, to make sure I am doing my job correctly. Since my email conversation with Frank, I received emails from Frank trying to correct my work which was cover-ups from the previous mistake before I was even hired. I emailed Frank asking if we were still having a meeting and will you (Mr. Friedman) be in attendance, but I got no response. I wanted to speak to you to address the issues I've witnessed within the first few days of my being hired and I know I was rejected of representing myself to you before I even had a chance to. I respectfully request that my termination be reviewed immediately. I have worked very hard to establish myself in this industry and I refuse to have my reputation marred by untrue allegations or an unjustified termination. I ask that you respond to this letter within 5 business days. I will mail out a copy of this letter Monday morning. If I do not hear from you, I will be forced to take other steps to remedy the situation. Sincerely, ——————————————————— Here are pictures of why I believe I was fired. We've had our Toto toilet with Washlet installed for a couple of months now and it is fantastic. Essie did a great job of helping us pick out and get the toilet we wanted.

I’m not one to write reviews, but unfortunately the customer service here is horrible. The lack of communication between employees is disappointing. For over 4 months I was waiting for my parts. I understand COVID has a lot to do with parts delivery being delayed, but I did not receive a phone call when they actually did. For the price I paid the disappointment is unbelievably outrageous. I will not be returning and will inform all the contractors and people I know of the lack of professionalism from this store.

Arrogant & snobby. Unless you are planning on spending $$$$ they treat you like you are annoying them at the Fairfield NJ location. I would no spend my money with a company like this

My wife and I visited this store twice - once about a 1/2 hour before closing and once about 15 minutes before closing. Since we both have full-time jobs, we cannot make it in any earlier. Their business hours are limited. Both times we were greeted rather rudely with "we are closing shortly" instead of "may I help you". As the customer, it felt like our business was secondary to their convenience, so we will make it a point to never ever purchase anything from them and we will share your non-existent customer service experience. We ended up making the purchase from elsewhere. Your loss.

I can’t say enough about the customer service I experienced at AF Hardware Bath & Spa. Olesea and the rest of the team worked diligently with Grohe & Kohler’s customer service reps on issues I had with faucets I had previously purchased. They emailed and called to rectify my problems. They were terrific. I am totally satisfied with the service and follow-up they provided. I highly recommend AF Hardware Bath & Spa.
