I gave it 3 stars because it is the only car wash that charges you 24 dollars and that wash does not include the folders and amorol for the tires, they are abusing it. I will never wash again. That $24 service that you charge, the other car washes charge $10, that is abuse. The washing service at this car wash is not good.

We had a wonderful experience with Orlando at Zap Oil Change while he helped us maintain our Honda Civic. Orlando was not only incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the service but also took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring we understood the maintenance procedures. His thoughtfulness and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire experience. Orlando's kindness and professionalism made us feel valued as customers, and we left knowing our Honda Civic was in the best possible hands. We highly recommend Orlando for his exceptional service and genuine care for his customers' vehicles!

service is fast but not good paid for platinum wash and the car still looks dirty inside. waste of money...

I recently visited Zap Car Wash & Lube and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Here's a breakdown of my experience:
1 Poor Cleaning Quality: Despite opting for the platinum package $28, my car was still dirty in several areas. The windows had streaks, the wheels were still covered in grime, and there were visible spots on the body of the car.
2 Unprofessional Staff: The staff seemed disinterested and rushed through the cleaning process. When I pointed out areas that were missed, they were dismissive and acted like I was being unreasonable.
3 They only washed front mats and told me that rear mats are not part of the platinum service also they completely ignored back of the car and never even vacuumed it.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with my experience at Zap Car Wash & Lube and will not be returning. I do not recommend this car wash to anyone looking for quality service and professionalism.

Overall any time I go here I have a good experience. I like that they come out & let you know if any other work needs to be done instead of just going ahead fixing & charging. They give you the opportunity to choose. Also love taking advantage of the free car wash with an oil change. Even the car washers do their jobs very well. As I said I've had overall good experiences.

Mediocre not what I expected. After my car was washed I had to remind the cleaning crew to wipe my windows because they were not clean... I've been here many times and the service has been slipping for awhile.. I have to remind myself not to tip before all the job is done.. because stuff like this will keep happening with poor results and no happy customers.

I got my car washed here and my passenger side floor mat was missing. I noticed it a day after so I called them. But what I was told was, “It is not here. We check front, back, everywhere.” Any people get their car washed multiple times from different car wash places? I mean this is only place that I got my car wash on Tuesday and if I noticed my floor mat missing on Wednesday, then it should be there. I’m sure they didn't even tried to find my missing floor mat. Don’t go to this place. Only thing that they care is take your money.

Figured I’d give this Car Wash a try I paid almost $28 to get my truck cleaned. The outside was phenomenal When they got to the inside, they did not clean the center consul the carpet or the mats, including the cupholders. After speaking to the manager he requested that I paid more money for those spots to be cleaned That’s totally not right
