THEY WATCH YOU! Definitely not what I expect as a long-time resident of this town. Stores are competitive and I can go to another business and not be watched. Very offensive!

Ordered on Walgreens Photos and came in at the scheduled time. My order was not ready and lady made zero effort to get my photos printed. She just lazily told me I had to come back at a different day to get my photos.

Pharmacy here is a bad joke. Managed poorly, operated even poorer. Slowest service in the surrounding towns out of any place. Can't get it together, everyone walking back and forth, yet nothing achieved. Never pick up the phone, because the automated service isn't up to par. Disorganized. Poorly stocked. Pricey.

The automated system. Calls 100 times. You order prescriptions. It gives you a pick up time. You get to the pharmacy and your order is not ready because the system called to early.The representative tells you you should have spokes to one of us. I did for 2 more prescriptions. They say come in 20 minutes get there to find out one is out of stock and for the other the dr. Needs to be called.The people behind the counter have not respect for peoples time.Also the wait time to order a refill when you need to speak with someone it’s on average 30 to 45 minutes.

This pharmacy is the worst. Every time I come to pick up a script in the drive thru they pretend to not see me for at least 5-10 minutes. This evening was no different. I called before hand to see if the script was ready and they said they needed 30 minutes or so. I waited an hour then got to the drive up and waited for almost 8 minutes without an ounce of acknowledgment the entire time. Then the girl comes up, doesn’t apologize for the wait, and tells me the script is not ready yet but they can have it ready in 10-15 minutes. Top notch customer service right there.

workers are ratchet and lazy as hell. they dont do ANY online pickup orders bcus they dont feel like it ig??? thats okay but just remove the service if ur not going to do it. i dont want to see "minorities" complaining ab no good jobs; im a minority too but i dont abuse the privilege of having an okay job. you cant hate ur job but then again never even tried to do better

The worst customer service experience by the pharmacy staff I have ever had. On Friday a call was made to pharmacy & a pharmacy clerk gave instructions for collecting information. When I got to the pharmacy it turned out that the wrong information was given. The daytime pharmacist gave new instructions. Another call was made to the pharmacy & after being on hold for 45 minutes the daytime pharmacist requested an email with information & I had to return again with my ID. When I returned in the evening for the second time the evening pharmacist said that the information given by the daytime pharmacist was incorrect. The pharmacy staff needs better training & so do the pharmacists. After 2 phone calls & two vista I didn’t receive the needed information.

So I don't usually write these because I find them unnecessary. But my experience with the store manager here was just absolutely ridiculous. I believe her name was heather and she was just god awful. Terrible customer service from her which was surprising since the other workers were friendly and very helpful. But heather was just so rude I WILL NOT BE BACK!! I hope they get this problem under control or this store is as good as nothing and there was another I believe shift leader that had terrible hygiene terrible professionalism. They need to get it together!
