“I have been taking my dog, meatball to Willowbrook animal clinic since he was about 9 months old and we have been so happy ever since (he is 3 now)! “Two Saturdays ago I saw Dr. Odelugo with my very sick cat Henry. I'd never seen him before and because my regular vet Dr. Gennace is off on Saturdays and I was very concerned I saw him. I was extremely happy with his personal manner, professionalism and concern for me and my Henry. Unfortunately Henry was worse off than I thought and at Dr. Odelugo's strong suggestion I took him to an animal ER for overnight which verified what he and I feared. My poor Henry passed away at home a few days later. Both he and Dr. Gennace called to offer their condolences. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that! So again this week my Ziggy saw Dr. O (Dr. Gennace is on vacation) and tomorrow my Dolly will go in also. Because of what happened with Henry and because they are both showing things that concern me, I didn't want to wait until she came back. Bottom line: I am now so very grateful to have 2 wonderful veterinarians I can depend on when my pets need veterinary care. And the office staff and techs couldn't be nicer. I am very happy I decided on NAH after my long-time (42 yrs) vet retired.”

“We are so thankful to Dr. Duhr and staff. We had been to a different Vet Hospital 4 times and they couldn't find out what was wrong with our girl . We went to Dr. Duhr and he ran tests and found immediately that she has cancer tumors and he put her on medication and she is doing so much better. She is moving around more and is comfortable with the medication. We know she doesn't have long but she will not be in Pain or Sad now. We are so grateful. “My family has been bringing our dogs to this practice for many years and after a few bad experiences with vets in NYC, I immediately switched to them and now my Frenchie is almost 12 years old! The staff is always amazing and helpful. Dr. Glennon and Dr. Corrao are the most compassionate, knowledgeable and caring doctors. They truly care about the well-being of your pet and provide you with all of the information and options, so you can work together and make an informed decision. They don’t push you to do unnecessary procedures or charge excessive amounts for things, which is something i have experienced with other vets in the past. “My appointment for my parrot Beto was on July 26, 2024 with Dr. Perez. My partner and I drove 1 hour to take our baby here for his wellness exam, nail clipping and DNA exam (to find out his gender). Dr. Perez was beyond AMAZING. She treated Beto like if he was a real baby, with so much care, passion and love. I can tell immediately Dr. Perez LOVES what she does. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to exotic animals/pets. It was so hard for me to find a local exotic veterinarian in my area, which is why we made the 1 hour drive because Beto's nails needed to be trimmed ASAP and I wanted him to get seen by a knowledgeable doctor. It was so worth it going to this establishment.
Dr. Perez conducted the exam in front of us. Beto was trying to fight Dr. Perez but he calmed down. Once Beto was put back in his cage, he drank water and looked fine. Once we got home, Beto was acting like if nothing ever happened to him an hour before. He was back to being himself.
Beto's vet is no longer in the area which is why I had to find him a new vet. Dr. Perez will be in my area every other week so in the future, we will book ahead of time. Thank you Dr. Perez and the vet technician for taking care of Beto so well during his appointment. Beto was getting so many compliments from Dr. Perez and the vet technician because he is so healthy and well taken care of, it made me feel very special hearing it from the experts in exotic animals.
I highly recommended Dr. Perez to anyone who owns a parrot, macaw, or any exotic pet.”

“I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Dr. Rozenbaum and the rest of the staff at Valley Brook Veterinary Hospital. My beautiful fur baby, Romy, sadly passed away a few months ago at age 17 and it was heartbreaking to let him go, but I knew he would be at peace and not in pain anymore. Dr. Rozenbaum and the staff were very caring, kind-hearted, empathetic and compassionate.
