Terrible service ? I went because of a problem and they were very rude and told me that they couldn't help me, they treated me in a bad way and unfortunately people like that should not have working there ???

Terrible costumer service!!! They don’t want to help at all I was there to change my line to Verizon waited 30 min. There was no costumer inside at all. The worker came back I asked him is it done or how long it’s gonna take he said he didn’t do it. He was so rude didn’t want to help had bad attitude. Never go there again!!!!

I just purchased a new phone and Kunj was the person I dealt with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and was extremely patient with me.If I ever need anything else I would only go to Kunj.

Came into the store to ask a huge favor of Kunj who was the first person to help us with phones, gizmo watches and home service from Verizon when we moved to fair lawn. He was patient and kind and so helpful. Even making himself available late into the evening to trouble shoot issues with us.Today I came in with a dead phone swearing I’d be buying a new I phone cause the issue was irreparable. But lo and behold Kunj came through and fixed my phone in seconds. Saving me headache and money. Awesome guy. Good friend. Always available to help.Thanks Kunj!
