Very rude customer service, they repeatedly told me to use self check out , when someone was using it , It’s been a problem before losing my spot on line and trying self check out was longer much longer . Today I was told 3 times to use self check out and when I said I didn’t want to , they told me not to get upset . Do your job and stop telling me to use self check out / as it’s not always faster and I don’t care !!

What a terrible post office experience. The women behind the desk were completely unhelpful. I had a prepaid package they simply needed to scan and give me a receipt for and they made me try the machine even though there was no line, they were not tending to any other costumers. Complete laziness I couldn’t believe it. The machine didn’t work and wasted my time, they were chit chatting with people behind the counter while I waited again for them to address me and even then they couldn’t help me saying something was wrong with my label. Why didn’t they tell me that in the first place instead of completely wasting my time? First and last time I will ever go to the Fairlawn post office. Will never be back. Unbelievable.

Both workers at the window Refused to scan in prepaid packages. Kept urging me to use the machine instead of just scanning in the packages and claiming I needs special forms. Never had this happen. They were happy to help everyone else in line. Would never use this postal office, go elsewhere if you can.I’ve regularity shipped many packages at one time and never had this happen. I went to another post office down the road and they clerk at the window scanned everything in no problem.

I got a 40$ POSTAL money order I went in to cash it and I was told they could not cash it .She said they do not have the money . I was told to go to plaza Rd . When I went there I was told the same thing they could not cash it.Why sell them if you can't cash it.Both places told me "You can deposit into your bank .All I could think is if I could deposit it into my bank I wouldn't be there .I used chime and they do not let you deposit money orders.

I just moved to town and I went in asking about how the mail works in town and the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and condescending. Then I asked about getting a photo of my son for his passport and she said they only take them 9-3 Monday-Friday and I explained well he is in school and I asked if we got him there at 3:10 would that be okay and she went off about how everyone works and has hours. I can understand that but that is not how you respond to people. She will be reported.

If you could avoid having your packages come from this place , do so! Or pick up your package because these people steal! The supervisor there David was no help when I told them my package was marked as delivered and I didn’t receive it. He was accusing me of lying! I submitted a claim and called customer service and no had a resolution to my issue! When I called they stated my package came out of the Warren point location and they had David from Abbott road call me. Which is weird . I called all three locations and no one knows where my package went! No one wants to replace it and on top of that , they don’t know how to respect their customers! Henry is another one! Avoid them all
