I really love this USPS branch! Taslim is usually the employee that helps me and she is always extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I’m sure there are many others behind the scenes who help keep this post office running smoothly… keep up the fantastic work!

front desk worker clearly has zero customer service skills, i know tons of ppl with no work who have skills that far exceed the current staff, its sad the post office doesn’t do better when hiring ppl. i came to both the post office and ups which is right in front on the opposite side of the street and when i tell you the DIFFERENCE of gratitude i felt after leaving the store. its no wonder UPS is rated 4.5 stars vs the 1.9 stars here.

The lady at the front desk told me to hand her my packages. It was hard to do that while the plastic was in between people at the register. I had first class postage on my boxes and wanted to pay the difference yet she told me I cannot do that and I need a whole new label.

A couple of weeks ago I made an appointment to get my passport, I paid, they gave me a check to cancel everything, I was in my line and when my turn came, the lady who prepares the passport papers considered that my Colombian passport was not an ID. That's why he didn't want to do the paperwork for me and he sent me to get a state ID, which now due to COVID everything is very delayed with tears in my eyes and anger I came out of there. And I decided to make an appointment at another post office which was very kind and I asked him if the Colombian passport was not an ID and he told me anywhere in the world the passport is an ID. I did all my paperwork, paid the express and only waited 3 weeks to receive my passport. A recommendation to this post office, try to educate their workers better because and teach them how to treat a customer and how to be tactful when speaking and explaining. I hope that my comment will be useful to all those who want renew your passport or get a new one, do not go to this place, look for another option since the lady who is in charge of the passports lacks education and customer service.

This Post Office has the rudest people I ever had the misfortune of meeting, I don't see how they keep their jobs, they need a serious change of personnel at this location. Where do they get off thinking that they can treat people the way they do? Sorry, but I lost it today, this woman is definitely not an asset to the post office.

This post office is the pits and sad part is no one seems to care. Horrible management and rude incompetent postal employees. Close this location down and save the tax payer a dime for once.
