I prefer this UPS location over others that are closer to my place since it’s always very clean and the staff are super nice, courteous, professional, efficient and super sweet. David was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

I had an exceptional experience with UPS thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Eric and Tyler. Tyler patiently answered my 21 questions with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring I was fully informed. Eric went above and beyond, carefully packing my box with such precision and care that it felt like a personal touch. Their attention to detail and commitment to great service truly made my day. The employee here lied to our face and said there was no mark up from ups, this isn't true. Do yourself a favor and don't give them business.

A product that I had purchased from Amazon was delivered damaged, even though the package was intact. Nonetheless, after having initiated the return, it needed to be dropped off at a UPS Store. I packaged it in it's entirety, but did not have clear tape, and figured I'd ask them to take care of it. The gentleman was pissed the moment I stepped foot into the store, failed to greet me and sighed because it took me a few seconds to get the QR Code from the Amazon App. in my phone. He then made a big stink about having to simply put a piece of tape across one size of the package. Rest assured, I will not ever step foot into this store again!
