Yesterday I went for the first time and I don't plan to return. A woman was the one who received me at 5:30 p.m. I'm not sure if her name is Sheira, the fact is that she treated me very badly, her attitude was zero friendly with customer service.
She was upset because my box had been damaged in a piece, so she told me that she had to change the box because she couldn’t receive it like this, and I understand this, but it was something easy to solve by putting tape on it. But she insisted that I was not receiving it and that I should contact Amazon customer service so they could solve it... something that is outside of any common logic, she said that because I was returning an Amazon purchase, but, for a piece of Damaged box, what is Amazon going to do? bad advice from this woman...
Now comes the worst, I told her to sell me a new box to change it, then she, annoyed and with a bad attitude, measured my box and then told me that the new box cost 73 dollars. That's a lot of money for an empty box the size of a 43-inch TV.
I finally got the idea to fix the box and I bought a $7 piece of tape and the box turned out perfect.
I knew that on that second attempt he would not serve me and so it was, a man had to serve me because when she saw me waiting to be served she went to “organize the place.” Her rudeness and bad attitude were very noticeable.

I come to this UPS location regularly and have never experience anything but stellar customer service. Ed, Drew, and the weekend staff are always friendly and helpful.To those complaining about the cost of printing or boxes, yes supplies (including paper) have gone up everywhere.And I’ve also been told they need the outside brown box but they showed me where it says “customer packed” on the return code. In that case, it needs to be in the right box. I have never experienced this UPS trying to upsell.This is a busy location and I think the staff is doing that best they can moving the queue and answering questions. Give them a break, and a smile!

Something needs to be done with the parking lot, it has a weird angle when you enter here, ether they should expand it or something, or move the location elsewhere...

The staff working there is not helpful or nice at all. The only thing they can do is receive your package for returns. They literally say they do not anything more than receiving packaged, so questions call UPS. Do not waste your time going there.

The worst customer service ever. The guy Drew or whatever his name is, was very arrogant and rude as soon as he opened his mouth for no reason at all. Very depressing.Definitely not a friendly place at all and I will not be doing business with them again.

THE WORST STORE. THAT SHORT HAIRED CHUBBY LADY WITH TATTOOS IS REALLY NASTY AND RUDEEERUDEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! and SLAMMED my return Label on the table when I asked her if she can Help me print it??????????????????????DOESNT HAVE PATIENCE AND TALKS TO PEOPLE LIKE DOGS. MEANWHILE THAT OLD GUY WITH GRAY HAIR WHO WAS SUPERVISING and watching all this go on didnt even step in to help or at Least caLm that rude, Nasty, chubby lady down!
