I do not recall his name (however, I believe him to be the manager), but during a busy rush period, he was exceptionally kind, patient, and ensured that my print service was thoroughly completed to my satisfaction

The UPS Agents are fantastic. They have a friendly, happy and helpful attitude. They are really unbelievable in this day and age. They do everything for me. May God bless them all!!!
