The Shook Awnings' rep is named Hratch. A very well respectable man who took his time listening to what I wanted. Long story short, no problem ordering. The delivery and installation was promised in 3 weeks. It was less. Installation lasted 45 minutes. A very good and painless experience. Highly recommended.
