All of the reviews on mine must be fake. I was in here yesterday and I purchased a vape. I just cracked it open this morning before going to work. And it's burnt and the flavor profile on. It is just not what it says on the label it's actually quite disgusting. The staff is pretty knowledgeable. I'll give them that but I wouldn't go above and beyond to say that they're friendly because I've been to many other shops that have been More friendly than the lady was when I was in there yesterday. I'm all for giving it another shot but when you saw somebody an electronic cigarette and it doesn't even taste like the label. There's something wrong with the brand where they're fake products.

I don’t quite often write reviews but my experience with Puff City was so-great I had to stop in to share my experience. The owner herself was extremely helpful and accommodating. With many years of her experience and knowledge she was extremely helpful and all of there products are fresh and amazing. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to stop by and get a chance to experience what an amazing store this is and get to meet the amazing owner of this store. Esma you are a great person, coming into your store and having the opportunity to meet you, and buy your products has been an amazing experience, I highly recommend all of your products including the opportunity to meet you and be greeted with such delight. We will definitely be coming back again not just for your products but having to have a great conversation and your hospitality experience. They have everything you need in one stop. The store is extremely clean and organized. They carry every brand of vapes to anything else you would need.
