“I come to this UPS location regularly and have never experience anything but stellar customer service. Ed, Drew, and the weekend staff are always friendly and helpful.To those complaining about the cost of printing or boxes, yes supplies (including paper) have gone up everywhere.And I’ve also been told they need the outside brown box but they showed me where it says “customer packed” on the return code. In that case, it needs to be in the right box. I have never experienced this UPS trying to upsell.This is a busy location and I think the staff is doing that best they can moving the queue and answering questions. Give them a break, and a smile!”

“I have Been doing business with Diane for over 20 years….she is the best as what she does ! From my shop receipts, to Signs , Decals, Stickers …She is the Best ! From Customer Service to Delivery she never disappoints! I recently referred one of my clients to her for Decals on her challenger …the client came today by my shop after she picked her car up and was so happy with the outcome! There maybe other shops out there that do the same …but when you been in business as long as she’s been and the talent and vision it can not be matched !!!
