The first 2 times I came here for my kids (3 years old and 1year old), the staff and service were amazing. Today, February 28, 2024, I can say just the opposite. Only 2 staff members were present at that moment. My son, 14 months old, needed blood work again. We were told to go to room 1. My daughter was with me as well. The female phlebotomist came and was very authoritative to my daughter and told her to “sit down until I’m done with your brother.” There was nothing nice or sweet about her tone. I was taken back by that. She proceeded to approach my son as I’m sitting and holding him on the chair. I had told her last time they did blood work on him, they used his right AC vein which was the best one compared to his left arm. She tried and failed and now my son started to hysterically cry. She called for her male coworker to help and he continued to start moving the needle for any blood return but again, no luck. So the male coworker placed a heat pack on my son’s left arm hoping to use that vein and thankfully, the blood draw was successful this time around. My issue was the statement that was made after. As my son continued to cry from the second blood draw, he tells me “you know, it’s much easier to draw the blood when the baby is calm.” Why did he feel it was necessary to say that? Like HELLO! Your colleague just missed the huge vein the first try and you expect my son not be traumatized!? Unlike the first 2 visits, they did not try to make my kids feel better like giving a sticker. They just went about their way. I thought I found a place for my kids but I will not be coming back.

This office is the best Labcorp I've ever been to....really, the best lab. The office is clean, I never have to wait much at all, even as a walk-in, and the people are really wonderful. It is very difficult to find my vein but the staff is wonderful and rarely have a problem - Sanjiv gets it every time first time! I highly recommend this office for any of your lab needs!

My daughter is very sensitive and hates bloodwork. We needed the bloodwork for her really badly. Two ladies who worked today (Friday 9th) were able to still do the bloodwork on her; they were amazing, professional and very friendly with my daughter and with us parents, even though she gave them a hard time. One of them distracted her with funny talk that helped to relax and draw the required amount of blood. On a separate note, I go there for bloodwork myself and all the stuff is always friendly. But today was a special day.Thank you!!!

After a very traumatic experience at the Westwood labcorp location, this location was so great with my 3 year old! Will be coming to this location in the future.

I've been here twice now and both times I have recieved the best service. The office is clean, operates smoothly and anyone at the front is organized. Everyone greeted me with a smile and Kirti (the lady who took my blood) is SO SWEET! I didn't event feel the needle to in my arm and she talked to me the entire time. I get a little nervous when getting blood-- sweaty and I then bright red - but when Kirti does it, I am relaxed. I will always come here to get my lab work.

Very efficient, I was in and out Wednesday morning for a routine blood test in 15 minutes and the results were already emailed to me on Thursday morning, less than 24 hours.

5 stars all around! From the receptionists on the phone i spoke with, the amazing woman at the desk, the phlebotomist sanjeev, wow everything could not have gone smoother. Everyone here is SO nice and helpful even offering to help on the check in kiosk! Everything went so smooth and also so quick and my 4 year old did not cry once when her blood was drawn!Whenever we ever need blood drawn this is the only location we will use!Also major plus to have a friendly kids area/room and the stickers!

Told me there was not a wait and to come in when I called ahead. When I arrived the lobby was full of people waiting and I sat for over 20 minutes before was helped. Would not recommend this location.

This morning I went with my 19 months old baby to take some blood samples and the service was excellent. The place is very clean and all staff is very friendly. The waiting time was minimal, less than 5 minutes. Two nurses came in and helped us a lot so that everything went well. It was fast and they found his vein immediately.EXCELLENT!! I definitely recommend it!
