“Six months ago I couldn't put my left shoe on standing up and and was constantly plagued by small injuries from lifting and running and doing races. Now I'm in my 40s I figured, welp that's it, welcome to middle age.. all downhill from here.Think again!When I go on vacation or travel for work or miss a week or two for any reason I feel the old injuries creeping back. I can hold it off by simulating the workouts but always desperate to get the real thing again.Thanks Mike and Rich and team for resetting the clock for me!”

The coaches do a great job of engaging, working on proper form, and safely pushing my kids to their limit. They have fun competing and I've seen a difference in their speed/explosiveness. The facilities are great and parking is easy. I would highly recommend for any parents looking to give their kids the edge in whatever sport they play and to build life-long habits.”
