Fair Lawn Commons is an apartment community with newly renovated interiors that is located in Bergen County, NJ & close to NYC, as well as the best schools in the area. Every unit has plush wall-to-wall carpets, and features an in-unit washer & dryer that residents can use to do their laundry onsite. Every 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartment is also furnished with resident controlled central air & heat. With these amenities, Fair Lawn Commons sets the standard for upscale apartment life. Residents can keep their cars safe using the community’s selection of carports. Community members who want to stay active can also take advantage of our onsite exercise room. In addition, the community’s clubhouse and meeting room have been remodeled recently.
