Selling a house in NJ that has a tenant, and this agency booked a showing, which entails scheduling the tenant and his family and life as well as my agent...and Zi also held off accepting a contract in case the showing went well. Lo and behold, the day of the showing... no-show! This showing was scheduled for over a week. All they had to do was click a mouse, send a quick email, quick text, call... it would have cost them nothing and required no effort to be courteous, polite and actually professional. I have two other properties in their area to sell, and I'll be picking one up. They will be excluded.

I recently worked with Susan Devine to sell a condo studio I owned in the Radburn Fair Lawn area (I also worked with her five years prior to buy the place). Susan is incredibly knowledgeable about the area. We only had the listing up she put together for six days before offers started coming in, which was crazy fast! During the entire process, Susan went above and beyond with anything I needed; she would quickly respond to any texts, calls, or emails that I had.

Susan Devine is the only reason I was able to find my dream home and I cannot be more thankful. I first met Susan while looking for a rental house when I was new to the area. She found me a fantastic place. I knew she was who I would turn to when I was ready to find a home of my own. I was a first time home buyer and had no idea how to navigate this market. Susan took extra time to talk with me about the entire process and give me some tips to make it less stressful. I have a unique work schedule and was unable to attend open houses.
