This place used to be great but now the customer service is horrible. Every night I go there the girl at front desk plays with his phone all the time. Also their cleaning station is out of stock and nobody replaced it. I hope the management team will improve it.

Six months ago I couldn't put my left shoe on standing up and and was constantly plagued by small injuries from lifting and running and doing races. Now I'm in my 40s I figured, welp that's it, welcome to middle age.. all downhill from here.Think again!When I go on vacation or travel for work or miss a week or two for any reason I feel the old injuries creeping back. I can hold it off by simulating the workouts but always desperate to get the real thing again.Thanks Mike and Rich and team for resetting the clock for me!

Great gym, with tons of equipment you don't see at the average gym, and wonderful staff and trainers. They have tiers of membership starting with gym access, then access plus group classes, and finally access plus group and small group training sessions. You also get a complimentary monthly session at the PT center inside the gym. They also do an InBody scan and consult at the start of your membership. Lastly, and this was a huge selling point for me, they offer children's speed ans agility classes 6 days a week with multiple time slots. The great thing about this is you can sign your little one(s) up for the class and you've got yourself a built in 1 hour kid-free workout up to 6 days a week!! Awesome thinking on Escape's part!

I had the pleasure of visiting here for the first time the other day. Noelle and Jill was very helpful in assisting me withsetting up a membership after my free 7 day trail had ended . It’s a very commodious atmosphere with modern machines, etc. I would recommend anyone to sign up

Any piece of equipment you can think of is at this gym! Everyone is super nice and friendly. The facility is really clean and they have cleaning wipes everywhere.
