the pharmacy never answers the phone when they are clearly open and nowhere near there brake. really bad customer service. please fix this issue and answer the phone because how else will people be able to contact when there’s an issue with prescriptions. make it make sense, do better.

The only reason I use this one is the drive through and it's been closed 3/4 of the last times I went. Time to switch pharmacies.

Was told to come back in 15 minutes by Anthony through the drive through and then they put this sign up. Real nice! My baby has rsv. No apology. He just said “ i told you to come back” no sorry. Completely rude! Then i asked for solution for my sons nebulizer and he didn’t communicate back with me what was going on and how I can get it.I also needed my prescription this day and Anthony said it wasn’t available but i was getting calls saying that it was. I keep getting calls saying it’s available. Anthony do your job right so things like this don’t happen

I usually don't review this kind of establishments, however this one was absolutely necessary. Please beware in buying product here, as I have now had three instances where my purchases were expired/spoiled. I recently stopped by to print out some pictures, when the gentlemen at the register told a customer "I wouldn't buy the milk here if I was you, our fridge has been off for over 12 hours" I couldn't believe he said that, until my boyfriend purchased milk from here a few weeks later and it was indeed spoiled. The expiration date was fine and it seemed cold. But you could smell it as soon as you opened it. When I called the establishment to complain about it, all I got was a "if you bring it back, we can refund you" Be very careful as management and their employees are clearly very irresponsible in how they store product.

I went to CVS on 11/07/23 to find my nephew ( who is 1 year old ) organic cough medicine. My daughter went here 2 days earlier but purchased the wrong kind ( it was for 4 year olds & up.) As I was not familiar with the store set-up I didn't know which section to go to. A very nice young lady pointed me in the right direction & I found what I needed for the baby. She was very kind & patient with me as I was in a panic mode trying to find the baby safe medicine. I didn't get her name but I would like to thank her & you for hiring someone who is so professional & caring. God Bless you all & Happy Holidays. Theresa.

The young Spanish guy with blonde hair dew that works there 5pm sept 20th is very rude, yelling at costumers and condescending and is always talking loudly on his phone with personal phone calls should not be working there. Please Hire better staff. will be going to Walmart from now on

The worst pharmacy ever. The people that work there don't care are very slow. No one ever answers the phone. You are better off going to a small pharmacy. They really are terrible.

This pharmacy sucks they never answer the phone and if they do they put you directly into voicemail it's infuriating!!!
