I was hit today for the second time and the person in charge, instead of worrying about whether something happened to me, what he did was threaten to call the police to fine me because I was holding up his line, he cared more about the line than me. well-being, a client with more than two years and 20 people recommended by me to this place wow what a lack of customer service

I took my car here this morning around 8 am. This was my first time here. I took the lava wash worth $20 which is their topmost tier wash. After the wash and their hand dry with towels I stepped out to do a quick run through . There were of streaks existing dust on the car. Even soap from the car wash remains and can be easily seen. Especially the rear. I could just swipe with my fingers and it would be gone. I had to point out places each time and they would just wipe it.
The manager happened to be there. He just responded that it's an express car wash. You can't expect more. Very rude. I live in fair lawn and have been to other washes in the area. This is my worst experience. Genuinely curious how they got the good reviews here in Google.

Worker was very much unprofessional.. they closed at 6 and we were at the vaccim area and they closed the vacuum off without giving us a heads up and the worker was being so mean

I've written 100s of reviews for various companies. I've only given 5 star 2 or 3 times! Well this is one of those times!!
I drive a high end car and I'm worried about scratches and scuff marks that many auto car washes leaves on your vehicle. I've never had an issue with this car wash.
The place is very well maintained. The vacuum hoses are all high pressured suction! Its evident that they clean the traps and filters on a daily basis. I've been places that the vacuum hardly picks up. Never an issue here.
As for the staff and workers they are a nice bunch of guys! They all seem happy to be at work. Always greeting everyone with a smile or hello!
I've been to several other local car washes.. Even of the same company but there is no comparison if this one is included in conversation. The workers deserve every star I've given them and if the owners knew what I do, they would give them some sort of additional compensation.

June 24th, 2024, After entering the car wash, my windshield cracked after the brush contacted the windscreen.
The car wash manager informed me that I had to complete
an incident report and that the corporate office would contact me. However, I have not heard from anyone.
July 12th 2024. I just wanted to follow up on your response. I want to clarify that I have not been contacted by anyone. I have called the car wash multiple times and was instructed to email the provided address. The lack of a customer service phone number in the incident report demonstrates the need for better customer support. Please provide the images demonstrating that the windshield had a crack before entering the car wash tunnel. The video I have does not show the crack at all. (I am attaching a new video as evidence).

I had the same exact windshield crack as the person last week. Same spot and all. And no one will get back to me. I’m assuming they will say the same thing. I heard something hit the windshield. And huge crack from top to bottom. Terrible customer service.

My windshield was damaged going through the car wash and was told they are not responsible. They provided pictures before the car wash and made a false claim that my car was damaged beforehand which you can’t see by the pictures they sent. The last pic was the damage done.

Worst $20 exterior only car wash I ever got! Rims look worse than when I went in. No tire dressing, and the guys at the end said that I was done faster than I got back from the tip jar, about two feet away. I drove to the shop rite, and when I parked, there was still soap or wax foam all over the car. Don’t know who gives them 5 stars, thank god for relatives!

This place is a joke. Speed wash! Just took my car here and I’m so pissed. Not only was my car dirty after going through their Lava wax. It left my car with scratches. It’s not about feeling this way as if my reasoning is absurd. This is a real problem I and others have experienced. I assure you we are not crying about $20. We are just leaving a review on our bad experience. What you should do is say nothing at all or just fix the problem.

I went there 2 times, got 12$ wash. I left both times with water marks on my truck, and they skipped tire shine both times...
I understand when its busy, they might miss it etc but 2nd time it wasn't even that busy.
