Great if you need a quick wash but don’t expect it to look great. Always have to pull into the next parking lot to re-wipe my car/truck down.

I visited an off-site location for work and found myself with some spare time before a meeting, so I decided to have my car washed. I opted for the top-tier wash at $18, which explicitly included tire shine. Upon the arrival to my destination, I was disappointed to discover my car was still quite dirty, with noticeable streaking. Rubbing a finger across various surfaces easily picked up dirt. Moreover, my tires looked dull and dry, showing no signs of the promised shine. I used the car wash's website to submit a request through their contact form, offering a photo of my receipt and photos of the car. I don't expect free things, I wasn't seeking a refund, I did request a $5 credit, equating the service I received to their lowest wash tier. Including the $5 tip I had left, I was out $23 and still had a dirty car with unshined tires. Whomever manages the website simply responded "did you tell the manager?". Given I had used the official site and specified the location, it seemed reasonable to expect direct or facilitated communication with the right person, had my inquiry not arrived with them. However, despite providing further details and requesting contact with the appropriate person, or contact info, I received no reply. A follow-up message also went unanswered, and the full charge was processed on my account. Attached is a photo of my car 30 minutes after the wash...

The guys wiping your cars shout at you in Spanish and hurry you off in 5 seconds. Water marks on entire car. This place is a joke.

Affordable bare bones car wash that had free vacuums. If you don't mind vacuuming pay for the $9 car wash and it looks like a $30 job anywhere else

Car wash is sub par the vacuums are the only plus here. They get you in and out horrible service very dismissive. Barely had time to close my window and throw my car in neutral before they start the belt. Also car will be full of soap and water when you leave I’m not sure what those guys are doing at the end but they aren’t drying anything. Definitely done going here , this wasn’t the first time.

This “car wash” dumped copious amounts of wax on my car and hardly rinsed it. The conveyor belt was moving very quickly, presumably to get more cars in and out of this place in the name of PROFITS. My car was “dried” and I was waved goodbye. I then spent a half hour drying it and removing leftover wax from the body. The wheels were especially DIRTY, even after spending $18 on the “lava” package. If anything, I was left to clean up the eruption of wax that splattered all over my car. If you care about good service and a clean car, DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE.

I believe i got the “lava” wash second to highest one available. $18 what a waste!They did a really careless job drying the car. They paid zero attention to detail and didn’t even touch the rims or tires. I think the cheapest option would have delivered the same exact results!

I frequent this car wash, and they are phenomenal!!! My car is always clean and they do a great job drying. The staff is very nice, overall excellent service. 10/10

The person working at the cashier and moving the cars was extremely rude, border like harassing. I was waiting my turn and he kept increasing for me to move my car. Then told me he will ban me from coming it’s like if he was drunk or high. Also they are very pushy selling these monthly plans, it’s also annoying when they talked down on you for declining it. I ordered the $18 wash. I noticed car had ssoap all over and the towel guys were not drying my car welll. I asked them to please take care of a few spots and they kept yelling ‘it’s express service move the car’. Please employ people who are calm and treat customers with respect. It’s a shame. Before this car wash was purchased by a new owner, it was a very for friendfly establishment. I would love to contact the new owners to give more information about my horrible experience today. I’m looking to come back if service improves otherwise I will have to go elsewhere.
