I go here for my oil change every time. I love this place because they don't push other services on you like some other places do. They will check other things when asked. Also check and put air in your tires.

Great car wash! I really like how detail oriented big Ed and his crew are. The staff is friendly and courteous. Big plus, they also have a claw machine! Best wash in Bergen county!!!

The staff always rushes when they’re working on my car. They always vacuum really fast never take out all the crumbs and don’t vacuum the truck. And they wipe down my car really fast and it’s still water on it I have to get a rag and wipe it down myself to make it dry.

I chose the highest level car wash service. I paid for it but the service. The cleanliness of the car was very poor. I failed. I will never come again.

I got their gold package ~$30. They didn’t even wiped my center console or speedometer since I can still see the dust. windows and windshield have so many streaks form inside. You can see how little effort and how quickly their tried to do it. Back window, they didn’t even look at it. Had to also ask for the “perfume” to be sprayed and felt like I was bothering. I am very disappointed with the service and I will no longer be a customer here. They have dropped the quality too much for me.

I have a $250,000 McLaren & they charged me for a regular wash, but Ed the owner was concerned that the brushes might damage my carbon fiber wing, so he told his crew to hand wash it instead at no extra charge.
You almost never see such customer service
Now he’s made me into a loyal customer

spent $95+ on one of their more advanced cleaning packages that took about an hour and I'm not a huge stickler but the truck literally still had grime all over it. I argued about it and they said it wasn't their fault it was the paint..... so I went home and wiped the dirt off myself. If you're looking to get the cheapest option as a pass-through car wash it's as good as the rest but don't get anything more expensive.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Love Big Eds Attention to detail and care for the customer. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. It is nice to see the extra mile they go. From being greeted with a friendly staff member to all the hard working guys washing the cars. Wonderful facility. If you like a clean car in a happy friendly caring environment go to Big Eds in Fair Lawn ! No wonder they won Best Car Wash in Bergen County. It shows with all the others out there Big Eds truly makes a difference in value and also in customer service.
Also wonderful how they support the local schools and community with fundraising

I am extremely disappointed. I paid $50 for the most expensive car wash package, expecting top-notch service, but was left utterly shocked. The steering wheel wasn’t cleaned, the middle console and every cup holder were left untouched, and the doors weren’t even wiped. After driving away, I noticed a puddle of water on the driver and passenger side floors, and the dash was still dusty. It seems like the only thing they did was wash the carpets, which weren’t even placed back correctly. The package I specifically requested mentioned an air freshener, and the desk woman assured me it would be added, as a spray but there was no change in smell. I don’t believe they added it at all. Overall, The whole process felt rushed & I am extremely disappointed with their service and what they failed to do.

Went for an oil change on Saturday 4/27/24 when they opened at 8:00. Waited for 5 minutes in front of the door. Went inside and was told the cashier was running late so they could not do oil changes. Went back Thursday 5/2/24 at 10:30. Waited 5 minutes in front of the door. Went inside and the cashier told me they might be busy in the back (no cars getting oil changes) and she would let them know I am waiting. Went back to my car for 10 minutes. Nobody came out. Never going there again. Not a good way to run a business.
