Sold spoiled wine and when we came to report it (the wine smelled spoiled and taste was awful) the worker just send us back and said Manager is not here. What a bad customer service
update for owner: we did bring the bottle but he just took it and said there is nothing can be done. So no bottle, no refund, nothing
