“I did'nt expect to see such bad reviews for this branch..?? I only dealt with the store manager Ronnie Ramirez, and he was the most helpful employee I ever dealt with, in any TD branch I've gone to. Every other TD branch in the area has had the worst customer service I've ever seen. I can't beleive TD allows this to happen. If you wan't good service, go see Ronnie Ramirez.. “I'm loving this bank and the service they give. The customer service is amazing in my experience. My card was hacked and charged after they also asked for a balance on the account. Two times fa few weeks earlier. So because I have the fraud protection they called me in the middle of the night. So I'm all for this bank 24/07. Make sure you put that on your account they also have voice recognition it's easy to get some compassionate person who understands what just happened to you. Your money is important. The rep told me they do it while you are sleeping well I'm up so I'm getting every notification from the fraud. Oh they are so good the rep said they did an ATM transaction with my pin I'm amazed. Unbelievable I wish they'd get a real job.”
