If you’re looking to walk into a shop and feel like you’re completely inconveniencing the owner this is the place for you. Came in here earlier as I was driving past this town & needed some inventory.
Told the shop owner what I needed and he rudely asked me to clarify multiple times before I finally clarified well enough for him to tell me that they don’t have what I need & only have cards 30+ years older.
I then looked in his showcases & saw he had some things I could have used but after being talked to like that decided it wasn’t worth my time to deal with this individual so I said thanks for your time & walked out.
Right after I left the store the friend i was with who knows nothing about sports cards asked why the owner was so rude to me I had to explain to her that unfortunately there are still some dinosaurs in this industry who are just miserable people & will always fall back on the “I’ve been in business for 35 years” rhetoric as if it excuses their trash behavior/attitude.
We lose people in the hobby because of awful interactions like this where someone walks into a shop & is talked down to and it negatively effects all collectors/people who work in the hobby
Oh, and the picture attached is from the next shop I went into an hour later & spent almost 2k with after being treated & talked to like a human being
Hopefully this guy just retires soon so someone else can come in & treat customers the way they deserve to be treated

1: You come off about as unfriendly as humanly possible
2: I knew exactly what I needed, you just didn't listen or care to hear about what I was looking for
3: I've left a total of 8 Google reviews in 4 years and 5 of them are positive. So we can add Gaslighting to your list of many positive traits. You can look that term up, old timer ;)

Got 2 boxes of Czx middle earth that the seller said were not factory sealed but the contents untouched. That was a lie. The packs were all resealed and contents missing. No sketch cards and no auto cards. Will not buy from again.

Bought 2 Czx middle earth boxes. The box wasn't factory sealed but I was assured the cards in the box were sealed and untouched. That was a lie. Packs were opened and resealed. Missing all autograph cards and sketch cards. Did deal on PayPal G&S so filed a claim. I will remove all bad feedback once refunded my $547

Owner is not friendly and not respectful. Plus the overpriced products.Asked me to leave the store after 5 minutes saying this was not a "hangout spot." I was alone in the store. I will not be returning.

Sold me a fake Derek jeter gold hologram rookie for 1200 dollars I sent it away to psa to get it verified they told me it was a fake. Called him up says I’m out of luck nothing he will do. He is a scammer don’t buy from him or his ebay store. He is a conman. Who likes to take advantage of his customers. Especially don’t pay him cash ever .

Scammed by this man sold me a fake jeter gold hologram card I sent it to psa to get verified they said it was a fake I called him up to let him know he said I'm out of luck and he's keeping my 1200 dollars never use his store or ebay store and especially never give him cash. Rude and now I have to bring him to court he is a con artist who sells fake cards

Poor communication, rude and unresponsive to messages. I would not recommend anyone doing business with America’s pastime. After reading some of these reviews, I’m probably lucky the card I intended to purchase fell thru.
