Had to file a claim against one of ABA's clients due to an auto transport crash. Simple, as I have done so for years. Have filed many claims over the years due to auto transport damages and accidents. Never had any issues or met with any unprofessionalism, with all the different insurance companies dealt with. This company has been the worst by far, extremely unprofessional and anything but helpful. Short, rude. Very dishonest, as I was told even though I filed the claim and a rep. was sent out to inspect the vehicle, etc. no claim number or adjustor was "assigned" for weeks on end. I reached out to a secondary contact and discovered my claim number, which had been assigned prior to the vehicle being inspected (common sense.) If you've ever filed a claim, once it's filed a claim number is assigned if not immediately, almost immediately after. Like most reviews, if customers have had no issues or problems arise, they're mostly good. It is when problems arise or adversity is involved, you see a person's or companies true colors. And again, I state this as a comparison to every other insurance company I have dealt with on identical matters.

Great local business. We went to them years ago due to an Allstate rate hike. While they couldn't really help us at the time, they were able to steer us in the right direction rather than trying to score the deal. Gotta love a business that operates with integrity!
