It's so great to have mats and towels included in each hot yoga session. And the showers are really great. Teachers and staff friendly and skilled. Hot yoga: do the work and get the benefits!

This place is beautiful!! Couldn't imagine a calmer environment and soothing vibe. Friendly and compassionate staff, greater than great classes. Very happy with my experience :)

Re: outdoor classes during covid - Fantastic outdoor experience! Great class, and perfect setting. Everyone spaced out nicely, and the area is totally shaded by 530. I would love for the outdoor classes to continue after indoor practice resumes!
