Nicest staff I've ever dealt with. Single worst drive up ATM machine imaginable. Every single time I use it, I end up just driving around to the walk up ATM.

Banking at Chase in Fair Haven is a great experience. The interior of the building in new, fresh, and bright. It doesn’t feel like you’re walking into an old stuffy bank, it seems new and hi-tech. The bankers and staff are super kind and welcoming. They have greeted me by name ever since the second time I went in. I’ve opened checking accounts, savings accounts, business accounts, business and personal credit cards, and well as day to day banking such as depositing checks and cash. I’ve worked with Michael for my personal banking needs and Chris for business and it’s been a smooth experience every time. they are both incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. They make working with them so comfortable to the point where I feel like I can sit and chat even when my banking needs are accomplished. Sawyer has helped me with my day to day needs and is very friendly and greets me by name whenever I come in. I know that banks and bankers typically get a bad reputation but I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this team.

Both “Brian”s appear to be the same person since “every time” and other language is similar. I’m in this branch often especially over the last 6 months with opening a Trust & an Estate, and I have always been greeted. The staff is friendly, helpful and informative. Michael, who opened both these new accounts, went above and beyond to sort things out with my Short Certificate from Delaware and these NJ accounts. We came to FH from the City, and it was a complete hassle going into RB for banking. We are thankful to have Chase in town.

Every time I go in this bank I feel like I'm dealing with a bunch of high school kids, they are so unprofessional and super fake. No one is ever up front, I always have to call in the back to get someone, you can hear them chatting away and they don't come out right away either, they go silent for a few minutes then emerge in full blown fake friendliness. Then I have to explain things to them that are so basic, then they look it up and say, "oh yeah you're right. It's so weird and creepy.

I hate using this branch, it's a terrible experience every time. The atmosphere is so tense, the staff are so nervous, walking on eggshells like they might lose their jobs at any second.

Easy to find and plenty of parking. I typically go around lunch time and they always have a ton of people ready. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Definitely my favorite branch in the area.

I love this chase bank! They have a wonderful staff and I was able to set up several accounts through the FH location.They have all the up to date equipment allowing for customers and users to use the ATM whenever wanted.

The reason i give this a 1 Star is because of the manager there. Blond woman called Adrianne. I went there the other day and she asked me if I had my debit card. I told her that I don't use a debit card she was harrasing me to get a debit card which I declined and I was there because I Needed some service done on my account!!! I felt that her only concern was to pressure me into getting a product. I felt like I was not important to her and the only importance was to sign up and get a product with chase. She is unprofessional and does not care about how clients feel. I would never go back there again. Horrible experience and level of service.

I've stopped in to this branch 4 times to coordinate signing privileges in an account with a relative in Florida. Each time, the branch is unable to resolve or even talk with the manager at the Florida branch to resolve the issue. It's still not resolved, after many promises. Honestly, I've rarely seen such disorganization and incompetence.
