Been a customer for years. Today that needs to end. I went inside to get a document notarized. NO reps on the floor. One behind closes doors. Waited over 10mins then I approached security to find out if anyone was working was told they were in the back doing checks. 3 reps comes out, one approaches me & very rudely questions my documents to be notarized then proceeds to tell me they were too busy to help me. Lady there is no one here & it’s one document. I guess since it was 4pm it was time to call it a day. Customer service is TRASH!

Very poor customer service they told me over the phone my waiting Time Will never be more than 15 minutes but once I get there they told me 45 minutes Minimum. Also the place smells really bad.

Within the last two months, and many times prior to this. The outside atm is constantly out of service. You can not access the inside atm at this location since covid which I understand. This location is across the street from my house so it’s convent. Yet it’s not because I’m finding that I’m always having to find a different location to use the atm. It really makes me want to take my banking to a different bank. I’ve been wirh Wells Fargo almost 10 years

My matters were dealt with in a quick and efficient way, and the staff was helpful and friendly as well. If the "nasty Indian lady" of another review was the same I talked to during my first visit, I have to say that my experience was totally different.

Horrible. Every time I visit the drive thru it's a 20 minute experience. The drive thru is never busy, however its always a drawn out experience. Very, very slow. I won't have an account here, but I have to make regular deposits for a friend. I may talk them into banking elsewhere.

IF ZERO STARS WERE AN OPTION.... This bank provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Customers are kept on hold for hours on end , and only know how to provide a terrible, frustrating customer experience. They are untrained and rude, and have no regard for urgent matters or timeliness. I am shocked that they are still open with the level of service they fail to provide.

Very unprofessional I express to the banker about the complications I had banking with them. Money was pull from my account for the 2nd time and the the paused my account for no reason. When I went to go ya my card I kept getting declined and I had to call them to see why. One person told me they though it someone else using my car because my card was swiped in a unfamiliar place which was a lie because I had been there before, the second person told me the system was down. Then once I resolved that problem after making 3 purchase that came up to 35 dollars. They pull money twice from my account for items that were purchased and processed only once. The worse bank I ever bank with, I should have listened to my mom when she told me to bank somewhere else because her experience was just as worse with them.

I've been a customer of Wells Fargo for 17 years and this location by far is the worst location that I have ever visited. Management attitudes is no different than the employees attitudes. Perhaps this location could benefit from customer service training.
